Double Paradise is located right on The World's Most Beautiful Beaches! The beach level unit of Double Paradise has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeps up to 16 1 king -- master bedroom, The other 3 bedrooms has 2 full size bed each , 1 queen sleep sofa in the living room. Double Paradise has a large kitchen, dinning room and living room, and plenty of space for guests to enjoy each other's company. There is about 2000 square feet of living space. A very large covered back deck for guests to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Guests shared swimming pool is located right next door for the convenience No street to cross. There are plenty of parking space for both units ( 8-10 cars and additional parking across the street at a clubhouse parking lot). Double Paradise is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, No high rise condos of any kind, simply peaceful and quite. Double Paradise is 5.8 miles from the Pier Park Shopping Mall.

Perfect Paradise

One of our best vacations ever! Location was great, steps from the beach! House was spacious, loved having an extra refrigerator. Kay was very gracious and helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Location location location!

You will never beat the location for the price of the townhouse! The porch was my absolute favorite! The beach is right there and the pool is next door! Love having two refrigerators and loved that every one besides the master has two beds!

Very Nice

The location is the best thing about this rental. Right on the beach and beautiful. Our only complaints would be that the furnishings were fairly sparse and the kitchen was not as well equipped as we would like. There was also another family upstairs and so things were not as quiet as we would have liked, but overall it was a great rental and great experience!

Kay was amazing! She was very attentive throughout our stay and the house was very clean. One of my friends left their laptop at the unit and Kay ensured it was returned to us. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Vacation

Really enjoyed our time at Double Paradise. Everything was great and we had no issues at all. Loved the less crowded beach and was close enough for nice restaurants and fun activities. Kay was very friendly and we felt she would have been very responsive if we had any problems but fortunately we didn’t. Would definitely visit again for another beach trip.

Great location, away from all of the hustle and bustle. House was a perfect fit for four families. Very clean and accurate to posting. Great owner and communication with property owner was good. Only negatives were the noisy neighbors upstairs and the mattresses need replaced. Would stay here again!

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for our family, with 3 kids, grandparents, and uncle and aunt. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the second refrigerator, the clean and quiet beach and location, the space in the bedrooms, and the way it was setup made it very quiet in the bedrooms. We also loved that each bedroom has a bathroom, that the living room had enough seating for all of us, and, of course, the big covered porch made for great sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make lunches and dinner, and Kay was great to communicate with. It was too bad the pool wasnt heated, so we didnt get to use that. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great Place overall!

The property was amazing! The location, views and house were overall FANTASTIC! A huge plus was everyone being on one level. Very spacious, even with the amount of guests we had staying! Parking was easy and there was lots of room for multiple vehicles (even large ones!). A huge downfall was cleanliness and very outdated furniture, decor and linens. The place could definitely use some sprucing up for sure. The bed linens have seen better days, and probably made the place seem more outdated than it is. The furniture is also old and needs updated- it would really make a huge difference in the overall appearance and amount of comfort you feel when you are renting a “home away from home.” There are great aspects of the property as well- the property manager was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. The views are amazing. And the layout of the house is perfect and spacious for large groups! Overall- our group would stay here again, but would really love to see a few updates!

Large, No Frills House Right on the Beach

This property is the best "bang for your buck" that you're going to find for a beachfront unit that will house a large group. If you're looking for modern decor, high-end finishes and appliances, this isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for basic accommodations in a fantastic location at a price thousands of dollars lower than others of comparable size, this is your spot. Because of the stairs to get into the unit and additional stairs to get over the dunes to the beach, this would not be a suitable location for those who are handicapped or have mobility issues. Beach is not overly crowded since there are no high rises in the immediate area. Easy driving distance into Panama City or over to Destin for any activities you may want to do. Having 2 refrigerators in the unit was extremely handy since we were preparing most of our own meals, as was having a Publix and a Winn Dixie just a mile or 2 up the road. Bottom line. . .would I stay here again if I were traveling with a large group? YES!!
