Very good location near the beach. The neighborhood is not nearly as nice as Rosemary Beach. The house is clearly a rental house in poor, rental-only condition. Every room has issues, too many to spend time enumerating on email. Included in the problems: floors are dirty and your feet will always be dirty, every floor was sandy upon check-in, fans don't work, most batteries in remotes are dead, TV's are sketchy, garbage enclosure is destroyed and it is impossible to deal with the trash & recycle, some house doors don't open, driveway is so steep be careful, all outdoor furniture is so moldy you would not want to sit on it, indoor furniture is stained throughout, ELP has much better houses. This house is perfect for a fraternity group or young kids who don't care much about the condition. Clearly the owners have never stayed here to ensure A or A condition. It is a C-. Beware. P.S. The pool is a joke, not in the sun.

House was the perfect size for our party of 12. Hosts were great and very responsive. We had an air conditioning problem on the second floor and they came out twice to help us. When it couldn't be fixed, they sent out a crew with portable AC units for three bedrooms.
