Beautifully decorated with modern and sophisticated artwork, this carriage house has a living room with a full sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, a dining table, and a kitchen with full-size, stainless steel appliances. There is also a bedroom with a king bed, additional flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sip coffee on the porch in the morning before taking a peaceful stroll to the beach or the Rosemary farmer's market held every Sunday morning.
