Lake Powell has a channel that runs into the Gulf, providing boats with direct access. Head over to Lake Powell Park, where you'll find a boat launch ramp + a nice beach area or borrow our kayak and enjoy the lake! Plus, our long driveway has plenty of space to park your boat.

Great place to stay!

My family and I had a great stay here! House was clean and decorated beautifully. The fenced in backyard was a plus for our kids to run around in. Communication with Nick was easy and fast. Will definitely book with Nick again!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful week at this home. So bright and cheerful. All pics show the property well. Very clean and perfectly stocked for meals and entertainment. We really enjoyed the backyard games and firepit. We gave a couple suggestions and the owners were receptive. They were easy to communicate with and we would definitely return again! It's in a perfect location to Inlet beach (w parking and bathrooms) and everything you need is within 1/2 a mile. Highly recommend you book the state park "Shell Island" shuttle and spend an afternoon there. Catch the first shuttle at 10AM for your best chance to find beautiful shells. It was the best part of our trip!

Wonderful stay near 30A!

I was very impressed with this rental property! The location is great - very close to public beach access and within 10 minutes of 30A. The rental property was very clean, wonderfully decorated, and had plenty of beach chairs and toys for guests to use during their stay. The artwork in the living room made for such a wonderful photo backdrop, and was the perfect addition to an already wonderful space! I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay near 30A without breaking the bank! 10/10 recommend!
