THE SPACE

This spacious four-bedroom home offers plenty of room to spread out while still bringing everyone together. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for family meals, game nights, or relaxing after a day in the sun.

Outside, you'll enjoy your own private backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, gas grill, and comfortable seating — everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Pool heating is available for $50/day with advance notice. The pool is typically maintained around 82–86°F depending on weather conditions, making it comfortable for swimming throughout much of the year.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — SLEEPS 12

• Bedroom 1 — Ground Floor: King bed with en-suite bathroom and handheld showerhead. A convenient option for grandparents and families with little ones.

• Bedroom 2 — Primary Suite: King bed, private balcony with partial Gulf views, en-suite bathroom, and private coffee bar.

• Bedroom 3: King bed.

• Bedroom 4: Queen-over-Queen bunk bed plus Full trundle — perfect for kids or additional guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION

We take your safety and security seriously. This property has local compliance requirements that include a signed rental agreement and ID verification.

To make this easy, we use Happy Guest, a secure, app-free website. You do not need to download an app or create an account. You'll also receive access to a guest portal containing important information about the home along with some of our favorite local recommendations.

POOL HEATING(Optional)
Available for $50/day with advance notice. The pool is typically maintained around 82–86°F depending on weather—comfortable for swimming year-round.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property may result in a $500 smoking violation fee, plus any additional documented cleaning or odor-remediation costs.

GRILL CLEANING: A propane grill is provided for guest use. Please clean the grill after each use and leave it in reasonably clean condition for the next guest. Excessive grease, food buildup, or failure to clean the grill may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
