Welcome to our Ohana in amazing Waters Edge! We have custom built our home to make sure your vacation is the best it can be! As soon as you walk through the doors, you are met with unique details that make our home a luxurious and inviting home away from home! With 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 3 half baths, including one outside by the pool, you will have room to spread out and enjoy all of the accommodations that Waters Edge and Ohana offer. Three floors of living space, multiple decks, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space, each room is exquisitely furnished for your comfort!

The open concept first floor makes entertaining effortless. The fully stocked kitchen has fantastic Jenn Air appliances including double convection ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop, built in microwave drawer, toaster oven, air fryer, kitchen aid mixer, ice maker, beverage center and top of the line cookware. Bar seating for 4 and a table with seating for 8 make this kitchen a cooks and entertainers dream.

In the living room you have an 80" smart tv and new oversized sectional and a love seat for those cosy movie or sport nights! A great deck off the living room has seating and a large gas grill that overlooks the amazing saltwater waterfall pool! There is also plenty of lounges and seating around the pool. We have also added a propane tank fire pit with seating around the pool! So you don't have to leave the fun when you are outside, there is a half bath and an outdoor shower next to the pool! Headed to the beach? You are directly on the path to the pool and only 6 houses to the beach!

The first floor also has a King Sized Bedroom with en suite bath as well as a washer and dryer for the first floor guests as well as a half bath.

Heading up to the second floor you have a wide staircase with ambient lighting for those nighttime trips to the kitchen for a snack!

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bath rooms, and a full sized laundry room. The bedroom at the top of the stairs has 2 queen beds with an en suite double vanity bath. There is also a 55" smart tv in this room and a large closet.

The large laundry room with oversized LG Washer/Dryer, iron and ironing board are at the top of the stairs.

Down the hall is an awesome bunk room with 4 built in twin bunks each with it's own nook with light and outlet. This room also has an ensuite bath and a 42" smart tv.

The beautifully appointed master has an oversized Velvet tufted King Sized Bed, gorgeous ensuite bath with double vanity, soaking tub, separate water closet, and a 10" rainfall showerhead as well as a handheld Delta showerhead. A 55" smart tv as well as a separate dressing area with large closet, desk and seating. Off the master is a great deck to enjoy some private time and the beautiful scenery inside Waters Edge.

The top floor! Wow, every kids dream! There is a large bunk room with two twins over two queen sized beds built in and a nickel gap vaulted ceiling. Each bed has it's own reading light and outlet. There is a 55" smart tv as well! The very large ensuite bathroom has double vanities and an awesome wood bench in the shower. A large closet finishes the room.

The third floor also has a media room with 55" smart tv, built in bar with ice maker, sink, undercounter fridge, and microwave. There is an additional deck with seating off the media room.

A half bath greets you when you walk up the stairs and leads you to an awesome outdoor living deck. This deck has a 55" smart tv, a sectional sofa, two bar tables with 6 chairs with beautiful views of the ocean. There is a gas fire pit upstairs as well! There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views atop Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and the beautiful horizon.

The entire house is wired for sound with in ceiling speakers and three Sonos Systems so you can listen to whatever you want, wherever you want. You can download the sonos app to use on your own phone to listen to your playlists, or use ours on the built in iPads to stream music. The house has an ultra fast and boosted wifi for your electronics so you can stay plugged in, even when you really want to get away! With smart tv's in every bedroom and entertaining area, just bring your Netflix, hulu, soundcloud, etc. passwords and you're good to go.

No detail has been left out in this exquisite home. Included are beach towels, chair service with 2 chairs, table, and umbrella reserved for you at the beach, as well as 8 additional beach chairs at the house, boosted wifi, every amenity in the kitchen, 2 ice makers and 2 entertainment under counter fridges. With the custom tile work and cabinets in each bathroom and kitchen, Delta faucets and shower heads, waterfall pool and four decks and outdoor space for you to have privacy if you want it, and company if you wish! You will leave this home feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to return.

Waters Edge is a gated community, conveniently located on the Rosemary Beach border. There is a palm tree lined path directly out the back door to the beach. Rosemary is to one side and Alys Beach to the other. Seacrest is the perfect location to walk or ride to many restaurants, shopping, and to our beautiful beaches. Directly across the street is the Seacrest entertainment area with nightly in season live entertainment, food and shopping kiosks, restaurants and retail shops.
