The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The stainless steel appliances were really nice. The golf cart was a lot of fun to drive. Tina was an awesome host - pointed me in the right direction when I had a medical issue. Thanks for everything!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location! Loved walking around Gulf Highlands. My kids loved all of the pools. The golf cart was also amazing and made it very convenient to get to the beach! I recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much at Tina’s place. It was exactly as pictured. The location and golf cart worked out perfect and left a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely plan to stay again.

Great place in PCB

The place is in a great location - close to the beach and all the action in PCB. The use of the golf cart is fantastic, as you can use it to get to the beach, pools, stores, and restaurants. The unit was very clean, with plenty of towels and beach accessories. We enjoyed ourselves and had no issues whatsoever. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time we go to PCB.

This property has plenty of space, yet still feels cozy. Beautiful, beachy decor makes it homey and inviting. Kitchen very well stocked, all beach essentials, baby items, and much more provided. And of course the golf cart, so convenient

Great Vacation

We had a great trip and stay in PCB! Communication was great with Tina and her husband, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. While I was hesitant about staying across from the beach, it was really no big deal with the golf cart. We all said we hope to have a golf cart for all future vacations. It was fun being able to drive it to breakfast and the souvenir shops on Front Beach Road.

Lovely Spring Break Spot

The condo was very nice, clean and good space. The beach club had great food and was really fun. Beaches are just beautiful white sand. We took a cameraman ride out to Schell island that was fantastic. Lots of local good seafood too. The hosts were responsive and helpful overall. The golf cart is great fun way to get around. I think the value of the whole trip was excellent.

Perfect for what we needed!

We spent the weekend before Christmas in PCB. The golf cart was SUPER handy. It allowed some of our family to explore and go to the beach while we were watching my son play baseball at Publix Sports Park. Tina was AMAZING at responding quickly to any of the questions that I had. She even went above and beyond by allowing us a late check out without even asking! This townhouse was very clean. It was not as big as we thought it would be, but it was still more than enough room for all of us!

We LOVED it here!

Our stay at Ray and Tina's was perfect! We started a little bit rocky, but Ray and Tina were both accommodating and helpful. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. Even the "starter" supply of items was more than enough for our 5 member group (which says a lot about them as wonderful hosts). The beach access is literally across the street! The community is gated and quiet and everything was well within a few minutes drive so the location was great too. We had such a great time here and it'll be "our spot" each time we visit PCB! Thank you Ray and Tina for being great.

Great experience and wonderful home owners!

Tina and Ray were absolutely amazing in helping me get set up with this house. We had a couple issues with the internet in the beginning but they worked diligently to figure that out for me. They had great communication all week and really made our stay easy to handle. The place was very clean and they even left some snacks and games for us in the house. Overall, we had a great trip and very thankful to the hospitality from Tina and Ray. Will definitely come back!

Girls Trip with Excellent Accommodations

We had a great time staying in this condo! Ray and Tina were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a large group and were very pleased with the roominess of the accommodations. The decor was beachy and adorable! The complex has an abundance of nice pools and activities. The golf cart was a great bonus allowing us to run up to Walmart as needed, visit some shops and cart our chairs and tent to the beach access. Our group also enjoyed the private pool and restaurant on the beach, where we were able to sit and still enjoy the view and drinks during a short rain shower. We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Highlands 169 so much we are already working on our next booking!

Perfect for a family!

Plenty of space for our family of 9! It was great to have 3 bathrooms and considering we were traveling with 7 teenagers, we really liked being able to have our own space downstairs! The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was great, only about a 7 minute walk from beach access. The golf cart was helpful when transporting the gear to the beach! There were a few restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. The Club bar and restaurant was great and the service there was wonderful! The check in process was extremely simple and instructions provided by Tina were very thorough! There was a power outage while we were there, but Tina was very easy to contact and was able to inform us right away of what the issue was and expected outage time.

Good location, wouldn't book again

Gulf Highlands is a great location with tons of amenities. We booked this house because we needed 4 bedrooms. My understanding is the renters before us (the week of spring break) broke many items (light fixture, blinds, bunk bed, front step), and the hosts cannot control that, but I would have liked to be notified of the issues instead of blindsided with several issues for what I consider to be a lot of money (2500). When I brought these items to the attention of the host, they sent someone over to fix the bed and told us that the bed actually just needed to be removed because the fire marshal said they're over capacity. They also sent over a cleaner because the other bunk bed had beach sand all over it, shower curtain had mildew all over, and we had two roaches. All of the dishes had to be rewashed before use. I did not have a good experience communicating with the hostess. The golf cart isn't street legal. The turn signals do not work, so be careful. Overall, I think the bad renters before us combined with lack of property management caused a really unfortunate situation. I wanted a refund on my cleaning fee because the home was not clean and was not accommodated in that request. Not a good experience.

It was nice to be able to walk the dogs anywhere instead of one small area like most other properties. The kids loved the golf cart, pool, playground and the putt putt. There is only a half bath downstairs so it wouldn't be the best option for someone who has difficulty with stairs.
