Stunning Views in a Perfect Location - A Memorable Stay

We had an amazing stay! This condo was spotless and well-maintained, with stunning views that took our breath away. The best part was the direct access to the beach. Great place

Condo was clean and plenty of room for our group. Location was awesome and with the Win Dixie right there ment no trips to Walmart hell. Will definitely stay again.

Family Vacation 2023

We’ve been coming to PCB for over 30 years; this was our first stay at Palazzo and it was great. The room was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

We've found our Spot!

This place is FABULOUS! The pictures do not do it justice. The elevator was quick, the property is very quiet & chill. Very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lots of bath towels. Sheets feel amazing & the sleeping temp was perfect, never had to touch the thermostat. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of seven. There was plenty of space so we weren't piled on top of each other. The view from the balcony was perfect. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay. It was peaceful. The beach was never too crowded. There was plenty of parking. There's three elevators and we never had to wait for one. There are stores close by and even the ones that aren't within walking distance aren't too far. We would definitely book here again.

This condo has everything!

This condo had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen and a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack the house to come for the week. Overall this place was perfect. There was enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. The biggest plus was not having to share a room with my mom again but still close to my in-laws staying at the Palmetto. The glass tabletops and high outside furniture made me a little nervous with a 1 yr and 4 yr old but the place was very comfortable. The building is in a great location. Couple things we didn’t like were, the pool is on a higher floor with no access to beach. The stone around it was also pretty slick for the kids.

Pictures don’t do it any justice!

The property as a whole was in excellent condition. Our check in went easy The apartment was clean and well maintained. Views were best you will find. The staff were helpful and courteous. Elevators were fast. Beach was not crowded. Beach chairs & umbrella that were provided with our room were a big plus. Even the pool was very well maintained. Only thing thing that was not what I’d hoped for was the Hot tub was out of order, but was told would be working at a date to which we weren’t no longer going to be staying.

Best Rental in PCB!

What a fantastic condo in PCB! For several years, we have stayed in various places looking for "our family" place to return to each year...and now we have found it! The location was perfect; close enough to entertainment but easy to evade traffic. It was very easy to get down to the beach and there was little wait for elevators. Having free beach chair rental option was awesome, too! The condo property was very neat and well cared for. Staff was very friendly. Even on the weekend nights, the property was very quiet. As for this unit, the furnishings were incredibly nice yet comfortable. Our family has never stayed at a condo that was so clean! That made our stay very comfortable. Not one bug or dust bunny, and the floors were very clean as well. Even the cabinets and fridge were very clean.The condo was very well stocked with dishes and towels (but having a few more bathroom hand towels and one more dishcloth and kitchen towel would be helpful). We had plenty of room for our family (five adults). And we never ran out of hot water....even doing laundry while taking showers. We loved the view, and it was awesome to have so much seating on the patio overlooking the gulf. We hated to leave because it was such a fantastic rental! In all honesty, we almost rented another property further toward the quiet end of the beach to save a few dollars...but our whole family is so very glad that we decided to stay at Palazzo. PCB Family

The condo was very accommodating. Porch patio very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. Use of elevators were never busy. Twin mattress needs to be replaced and full size mattress is worn out. Rough sleeping for my teenage boys. Beds move too easy. Pillows are worn out. The dryer does not completely dry clothes. Nice to be so close to good restaurants and grocery store.

The one thing that we were a little surprised with. In our bedroom was 2 upside down pineapples. That usually is a sign of people being swingers. I just felt uncomfortable with this symbolism, as I brought my kids for a family vacation and this is what was being portrayed when we walked in to view room.

Less traffic, quick elevators

West end has less traffic and the elevators at the Palazzo are quick! This is a major plus - everywhere else we've stayed, the elevators were super slow.

Always enjoy Palazzo

Condo is always very nice. This condo has not had any updates in bathrooms. Master bath needs a little work- toilet wouldn’t work due to broken handle (had to remove lid to flush), master shower had no pressure and and door to shower in bad condition. Other than master bath everything else was great! Beautiful view, easy check in and out.

Great location

Overall this is a great space. The location on the beach is wonderful and the parking just below is perfect. Elevators were available timely. The condo seemed clean although we realized the floors were not clean as our feet became dirty from walking around. This condo could use some updates. Mattresses in both guest rooms not comfortable and overall the decor is dated but beachy. The sheets were ok, not great. And no pillowcases for the extra pillows. One problem we had: we didn’t receive an email to register for parking and faced a boot and $100 fine. Thankfully we inquired and avoided that nightmare. Balcony is great w nice furniture. Trash shoot is conveniently located.

Spring Break 2022

The view was amazing! Living room furniture could use some refreshing. Our sheets in the master were very scratchy. Again view was amazing which was what we wanted, a view. Beach is gorgeous. We are not sure if we’d stay in Panama City again, lots of construction right now. But if you want a place with a view with sleeping for 6, this condo worked out great.

Quiet part of beach!

Beaches were not very crowded, easy access to Pier Park, great views of ocean from balcony. The condo was very clean when entering. We had 6 people ages 12-40 and we all enjoyed our stay.
