This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is directly across the street from beach access 93 & from the pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach. The house is a quad setup that sits around a beautiful private pool along with nice lounging chairs, and a grilling area. (We own 3 out of 4 of the houses if coming with a group!)

The main floor of the house is the main living area, dining area, kitchen, half bath, laundry area, king bedroom suite, and patio that leads to the pool.

2nd floor contains 2 additional bedrooms.

All bathrooms have toilet paper, hand soap, & bar soap. (We no longer provide starter shampoo and conditioners. Too environmentally wasteful with all the small plastic bottles.) Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and makeup-removing black washcloths are also provided for each bathroom.

The large pool is shared between the four houses it is in between. The grill and all loungers around the pool are also shared. There is lawn furniture directly behind the house for your use and pool loungers around the large pool. This pool & Hot Tub are NOT heated.

We provide all the necessary bedding to reasonably accommodate 10 guests. 8 Adults Max for this house. Please let me know if the pullout sofa or twin pullout beneath the bunk bed are needed and items will be left for their use.

The parking area in front will hold 3 small or 2 larger vehicles. There is a storage container that includes beach toys, beach chairs, some boogie boards, umbrellas, and numerous other beach items (this is on the honor system and not regularly checked).

Our houses use smart locks or smart lock boxes so there is no need to start off your vacation on a schedule. You can check in and out without scheduling an appointment to do so. We offer a backup lock box in case the electronic lock decides not to work or keys are misplaced.

Check Out Procedure:
Please take out your trash and start the dishwasher. Easy!

There is a security camera located on the patio. It has been installed for your security and for when the house is not rented.

Check-In Time is 4 pm.
Check-Out Time is 10 am.
