☀️"Holiday 30A” ☀️ Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is the perfect 30A getaway, especially with its location in the neighborhood. (Nice, private with its orientation and no home on one side on a quiet street.)   Relaxing from the moment you enter.  Ample parking for 2 cars and another small car or golf cart).

Magnolia is a small, quaint neighborhood with deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood. The pool is between the beach and the home - convenient with bathrooms.

Take the bikes to the close shops & restaurants: 1M to Alys Beach, 1M to The Big Chill and 2 miles to Rosemary Beach. Only 6 miles to Seaside.

Spacious, custom 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with these awesome amenities which include:

Additionally:

~ Golf cart parking:  There is a small amount of golf cart parking the front of the neighborhood (first come) between Morgan Ln & the Waterhouse condos.  A golf cart to the beach is not really necessary to the beach - it's only about 300 yards!

~ The pool was renovated 2 yrs ago and is located about midway between the home & beach (about 2 min walk).

Beach Access/Service:

~ There is deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood.  In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "beach setup" (2 chairs & umbrella)  - Shawn 904--708-1859 (you can bring some of the beach chairs in the shed with you for additional seating as well).

~ However, there is another small public beach access (Mistral) just a 1-2 min walk to the west (right) with a bike rack and you do not have to rent at this location.  It tends to be less crowded also.
