In the Heart of Rosemary Beach - Beach, Pool, & Shops Steps Away

  • Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
    The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

Vacation in Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Rosemary beach thanks in large part to our stay at Alisa's carriage house! The house is exactly as advertised and the additional amenities are a wonderful inclusion such as the beach chairs and bikes. You really are only a few minutes walk from a private beach or the downtown making excursions that much easier. We really enjoyed our time here and hope you do too!

Great location!

We loved staying in the carriage house. The location was only a few steps away from the beach, pool and town center. We used the bikes too, to see neighboring towns and state parks. Overall the week we stayed was very enjoyable. Oh and the bed was very comfortable! :)

Perfect cozy spot for couples

We had a great stay. It is the perfect place for couples wanting to get away for a few days. The location was great with a short walk to the “C” beach walkover and Main Street shops/restaurants. The host was super responsive and the unit itself was clean and stocked with alll the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back!

The PERFECT location on the best beach around

My wife and i brought our 1 year old son and stayed here for one week and loved every second. The small space had everything we needed for our week at Rosemary. The location can’t be beat just minutes walk from Rosemary beach, the pool and the shops/restaurants. We will be booking again 10/10!

3 Night Getaway

This Carriage house was the perfect location for a quick three night getaway. The room was clean and provided everything we needed for our short trip to the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location that was just a minute from the beach and a two minute walk to the center where the restaurants were.

Great little spot

This is a perfectly located cozy apartment. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys and we were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. It’s a block away from the beach and pool. Very close to the restaurant s too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's nice and quiet, decorated beautifully and felt very private. The location is perfect - literally steps from the beach and shops.
