It's A Shore Thing-Gorgeous 4 bedroom BEACHFRONT home, sleeps 16, near Pier Park

It's a Shore Thing is truly one of the most pristine homes in the area and offers panoramic views of emerald green waters and sugary white sand. This beachfront home is sure to impress with it's tasteful decor and open floor plan. Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access to the covered deck is just off the living area and features comfortable seating, a private walkway to the beach, and a private sun deck. Both beachfront master suites are located upstairs and feature a king size bed, adjoining private bathroom with jetted tub, and shared balcony access. Also located on the second floor is the guest bedroom with two full size beds and an adjoining private bathroom. The additional guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features three twin size beds, one twin trundle, and an adjoining private bathroom. Two sofa sleepers are available in the first floor living area.

Beautiful home, beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views are impeccable and the ease of walking right onto the beach is a no brainer, especially with four kids. The kitchen was well stocked, and the layout of the house was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Wonderful vacation spot that we hope to stay again. Clean,spacious and perfect location. All kitchen utensils needed to prepare full meals along with grill and sunning deck perfect to remove all sand before entering thr house. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds , overall best rental we have experienced since we have begun visiting PCB 40 yrs ago. Thankful to have found our perfect vacation rental

Beautiful views

We loved our stay at It’s a Shore Thing. Beautiful views of the beach from the large deck and sunning deck. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to be comfortable. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The walk to Pier Park was great for all of our shopping and dining needs. Steps to the beach made the stay even better. No more fighting crowds or elevators at condos. I hope to book again next year!

Perfect for Ironman Florida

House was a great location for Ironman Florida. Directly on the beach and an easy walk to the start line and all activities. House was in great condition and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at "It's a Shore Thing". The house is very nice, updated and clean. It is very spacious and it's in a great location. There's nothing like walking out of your bedroom onto the balcony to watch the sun rise over the gulf. We will definitely be staying here again.

Exactly what we expected!

Great stay over spring break. We brought our family as well as a few friends of our senior HS son. House was very clean, well furnished and perfect views! We have already shared with 2 of our friends!

Great stay!

This was the perfect beach rental. We had 14 adults and this house accommodated us all. The beach area was not crowded at all, everything we needed was supplied, the bathrooms in each of the bedrooms was great, and it’s a short walk to Pier Park. The house was clean upon arrival and we had zero issues that needed attention. Would 100% recommend It’s a Shore Thing!

Family Christmas Vacation

The property was more than spacious enough for our group. There were a total of 9 people in our party. The home was wonderful; kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and most of all only a few steps away from the gorgeous white sandy beach. Location is everything.

Great Stay in PCB.

Great rental with noncrowded beach. Close walk to Pier Park, which the children love. Plenty of room for a large group and a great kitchen. My only sugesstion would be to put bunk beds in place of the three single beds in the downstairs bedroom. When the trundle is pulled out, there isnt really room to navigate. Overall, we had a great stay and had no issues!

Girls Beach Getaway

We rented this house for a girls weekend getaway it was amazing we were right on the beach just walked through the back door pass the deck and into the sand(white sand beach). We saw dolphins in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The house was clean and spacious and we were just a few minutes walk to Pier Park. We had a great weekend and would definitely go back!!! Getting this house was a simple process and we had no issues.

perfect!!!

It's a Shore Thing certainly lives up to it's name! Our family meets at the beach each year to celebrate January birthdays and this house suited us perfectly... The location is one of the main attractions of this house. It is very near Pier Park and of course, sits right on the beach. We loved it!!! Johnsons from Silas, AL and Millbrook, AL and Anglins from PCB!

It’s a shore thing

My fiancé and I rented this beautiful place to get married on the beach! Our ceremony was to take place on the 13th, but my man got terribly ill and we had to cancel everything to go to the ER!! By Wednesday he was much better so we were able to marry on the 15th!! The house was a perfect place for us!! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the bed we slept in was very comfy! This home is right on the beach, walking distance to the Pier Park, the fishing pier and restaurants! A perfect place that we hope to come back to!!

Wanted to stay forever

We had a group of 9 ladies stay for a weekend and it could not have been better . The house was flawless! The location was amazing. The house was decorated perfectly , everything was so cute, and clean. Nothing was old or worn out looking . It was fresh, stylish and done in prefect taste. The pictures on the listing are good, but it is even better in person. We loved that there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, no one was forced to sleep on a pull out sofa and no one had to wait for a bathroom. There were plenty of towels to use and extra blankets. The booking process was very easy and hassle free and it was always easy to get in touch with someone. The only thing we hated was having to leave. We all said we would love to come back again , and would for sure stay in the same house.

Perfect Landing!

We chose this home for several reasons to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. It totally exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, well maintained, spacious, and had the perfect "beach" feel for all 11 of us that stayed. The kitchen was awesome and stocked well with dishes, cookware, etc. The decks were perfect for drinking morning coffee and hanging out in the evening. The location of the house was exactly what we wanted - privacy, but just a 5 minute walk to Pier Park which offered shopping, restaurants, movie theater, ice cream, coffee...As a group, we enjoyed Pompano's at Pier Park and the Beach Party appetizer is recommended. The white, sandy beach is only a few yards away from the house. Just down the beach, our daughter and her 2 friends went para sailing. On Saturday, we traveled a little over an hour for a Dad/Daughter sky diving adventure. The location of "It's a Shore Thing" was convenient for everything we planned. We have already recommended this wonderful home to friends and family and plan to return. We are so appreciative to the owners for sharing their awesome home and to Lauren for her professional and hospitable customer service. To put it in the words of our 18 year old after her sky dive, "It was a perfect landing".

AWE-MAZING!!!

We LOVED every. single. thing. about our stay at this lovely beach home! The name of the home is so accurate "It's A Shore Thing", because it's sometimes scary to rent online with the fear of the online presentation looking far better than it actually does in person. However upon arrival, we were very pleased that the property was actually much nicer than the photos. As a Realtor, I know how sometimes it's impossible to capture the beauty of a property with photos and this is one of those properties. But this home is definitely "A SURE Thing"! We wanted to be right on the beach for our vacation and enjoy beautiful and relaxing views, plus feel at home away from home...and this delivered! We all loved that every bedroom had it's own full bath offering privacy for all and the beds were very comfortable as well. There were plenty of bath linens, an abundance of dishes/pots/pans and cooking utensils for cooking and eating in, and more than enough seating for all in the open living and dining area. The two master suites with access to a large balcony with nice lounge chairs provided us with relaxing sunsets. I loved sitting on the upper balcony at night and reading from my ipad while listening to the waves. Soooo relaxing!!! We also loved the location and enjoyed walking to the pier and Pier Park. We were in walking distance to restaurants and a cute ice cream parlor for afternoon treats. Our favorite feature this property offered was how we were just steps from the uncrowded beach...oh my it was so AWESOME!!! We absolutely do not have one single negative thing to say about this lovely beach home or have any recommendations. It was absolutely PERFECT!!! We will see you again "It's A Shore Thing" next summer! Oh one more thing...the entire process of renting this property was seamless. So easy!!!

Great home, perfect location

We had 8 people in our group and all had plenty of room and a good place to sleep. The location of this house is perfect as we walked and rode our beach cruisers to pier park. The grocery store is half mile away and Dusty’s seafood is across from the home. Perfect location!! The beach felt almost private as the crowds stayed hundreds of yards away on either side.

Great property!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. It’s a Shore Thing is spacious, perfectly located and has everything you need. Bonus: it’s right across the street from Dusty’s - the best place for oysters. Of all the properties we have rented on the Gulf throughout the years, this one is absolutely the best. My only suggestion is updated tvs. We will definitely be booking this house again!
