Beautiful 3br, 2.5ba townhouse is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Convenient and close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Located just a 7 minute drive to the sparkling emerald coast beaches and also near the new sports complex, The Publix Sports Park, home of the little league world series. Highlights include: new décor, a patio with outdoor dinning and a grill, all within short walking distance to the community pool and lake.

2.5 bathrooms. One of the full baths is a shower-only (no tub). The other full bath is a tub/shower combo.
The garage is used for storage and is not available for parking. There is parking for 2 cars available on the driveway.
