A full kitchen and great floor plan make this newer built carriage house clean, bright and comfortable. You will love the coziness of this charming two story carriage apt over the garage. Lots of windows and proximity to Rosemary Beach cafes and the beach itself make this a very popular property!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

This was our second stay at Madison Carriage. It’s perfectly situated between the beach and all the restaurants and shopping in Barrett Square with each being no more than a 5 minute walk.

The perfect beach stay

The Maddison Carriage was amazing. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to make the most out of our beach vacation. Everything was a short walk from the property and we were pleased to find the garage had everything you need for a day at the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

We absolutely loved the Madison Cottage! It was perfect for our family of 3! If I had any complaint, it would have been nice to have an additional toilet upstairs, but other than that we loved everything! The managers were very accommodating, they had a beach cruiser waiting at the house for me upon request and replaced a burned out porch light promptly when notified! Location was perfect (we loved having the Barbados pool right across the street) and communication with the property manager was very easy! Thanks again for an awesome week in Rosemary!!

Cozy little carriage house. Amazing location!

Loved renting from this property management company. The house was everything we expected. Spacious enough for my husband and I, and 4.5 year old boy. Check in was super easy. The home had everything we needed for the kitchen as well as beach supplies. The location was absolute perfection.

Nice place for couples

This is a small property excellent for two, located between 30A and the beach which is a two minute walk to a gated access point. The beach is amazing. The shopping and restaurants are also very close, two minute walk at most. Be careful at night in this carriage house as the bedroom is on a loft and you take the stairs down to the bathroom.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Carriage House. Lovely neighborhood with minimal walking distance to beach walkover, restaurants, shopping. Very clean and perfect for 2 people. Only slight drawback is going downstairs at night for the restroom. We definitely recommend this for 2 people

Our family loved our stay at Madison Carriage! We were able to walk or bike anywhere we wished and having beach towels, chairs, toys and bikes readily available made it absolutely stress-less for us! Communication with Tom was easy and prompt. We just got home yesterday and I’ve already recommended this spot to a couple of friends :-)

Rosemary 1st Timers

The property is great for a couple and is located in quick walking distance to the beach and downtown Rosemary. The garage parking is also a nice plus. The unit was clean, well decorated and questions were answered promptly with one exception stated later. The amenities were enough but not over the top - be prepared to bring all toiletries but beach towels are provided saving lots of packing space especially if traveling via air. The only constructive feedback we would give was lack of proactive communication when the power went out. Of course the management company couldn’t help the power was out for almost 8 hours, but we were surprised they didn’t reach out to acknowledge the issue or offer any insight. We tried to reach out via phone and VRBO message with no luck. They did finally reach out upon request of the owner who happened to be staying in the main house while we were there. Given how hot it was, we did get a hotel for the night. Overall, the area was great and we will be returning to the 30A area.
