Walk or bike (6 bikes included!) using the new 98 underpass to Rosemary, Inlet Beach, 30Avenues with shops, restaurants and brewery. Explore adjacent Camp Helen State Park with paddle board and kayak rentals. Enjoy local events, live music, and festivals in Inlet Beach and all along 30A... all within walking/biking distance!

Sol Del Sur is a brand new 5 BR modern coastal home with 4.5 BA. There are 4 king sized beds (primary on main) and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. Additionally, there is an upstairs loft with a queen pull out couch for a total sleeping capacity of 14.

The location is fantastic being close to everything 30A has to offer! The new 98 pedestrian underpass allows seamless and safe travel by foot or bike to both the beach and Rosemary beach, both less than a 10 minute beautiful and easy bike ride.

Sol Del Sur is surrounded by beautiful shops and eateries, and less than 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach access along 30A which includes plenty of free parking, bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards during high season. Inlet Beach is a nice, wide beach with lots of space to spread out, tide pools and beautiful white sands and turquoise, clear waters.

You will have access to the entire home, yard, and neighborhood pool. Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell (the largest coastal Dune Lake in North America) are just a short walk or bike ride away where you can explore the trails, Lake Powell, Philips Inlet and rent kayaks and Stand Up Paddle-boards. Wildwood at Inlet Beach is a new neighborhood tucked back away from the hustle, but still close enough to walk/bike to everything. The immediate surrounding area is great for biking and walking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start 1 or 2 loads of towels depending on how many were used. Please leave the sheets on the bed. Our cleaners will handle removing and laundering all the bedding.
Please take all trash (bagged only!) out to the trash cans. Pull trash cans out to the road so WM can empty the cans on Tue and Fri mornings.
Please load the dishwasher and run it before departing-you may have to press the start button twice! Hand wash any additional dishes that do not fit in the dishwasher. Thank you!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
