Parking: There is 1 dedicated driveway spot to park in! There are also tons of free street parking in the neighborhood on all gravel spots not blocking driveways! Garage is not available for guests.
One of our favorite things about the community is the FREE tram service that takes you to and from the beach! The BEST part is the closest tram stop is only steps outside the front door making it convenient for you! Seacrest Beach is private.
Seacrest Beach Community is perfectly nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on Hwy 30A. This luxury development offers an array of amenities including deeded beach access just across the street, a huge 12,000 sq ft community lagoon pool, an amphitheater, seasonal tram service to the beach or pool, and 1.35 miles of walking trails! The convenient location is within walking distance to world class dining, spas, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops! Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike & surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.
Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, Water Color, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach.
