Tres Flamingos 2 Bdrm 1.5 Bath Townhouse 5 Min Walk Beachfront Pool

  • Tres Flamingos 2 is a cozy & comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Our unit is short 5 minute walk to the beach with private access which includes a beachfront pool, showers, and restrooms. The beach house is now open with a restaurant and bar. Gulf Highlands has 11 pools, tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, shuffleboard, and an 18 hole mini golf course.

    Our townhouse is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax. Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from entrances and exits that are not on Front Beach Road which means less traffic!

    The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.

    The upstairs contains 2 large bedrooms, a full bathroom and a screened in balcony off the master. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway.

    This 2 bedroom unit is about 100 steps from the playground, 500 steps from pickleball, cornhole, and our 3 bedroom unit.

    ** All adult guests are required to show their rental agreement and Picture ID to enter the resort. Renters must be 21 years of age or older - NO EXCEPTIONS**

Perfect beach getaway.

Five stars for this perfect PCB condo! The updated coastal decor is beautiful, and the kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and a great back-porch grill. We spent our evenings watching the sunset from the incredible Gulf-front pool. Carissa is an amazing host with top notch communication skills who treats you like family. We can't wait to return!

The property is as described and absolutely beautiful!! Fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen all the way to beach chairs, beach, wagons, beach, umbrellas board games etc. the bedrooms has comfortable beds and the walk to the beach maybe 4-5 minutes wonderful. The playground is right out the front door with two pools close by within steps !!! Very peaceful!! We will definitely be back!!! The best vacation our family has had in years !!! Made some of the BEST memories!!!

We had such an AMAZING stay at Carissa’s!! I have a family of 5 my 2 bigger kids loved all the amenities like mini golf, all the pools, especially the pool house right off the beach, the tennis courts and just being in the neighborhood! Carissa provides so much like tennis rackets, beach supplies, high quality towels the list goes on about how perfect our stay was! She is super responsive and it was easy to get in and out her instructions are clear the home was super clean! There enough pots and pans and utensils we literally had everything we needed she even had things for our baby like a baby seat that was a life saver! The neighborhood is so friendly and the walk to the beach is so short also all the stores and restaurants you need are super close! we will 100 percent be back next summer! I can’t say enough how much we loved our stay and her home!

Tres Flamingos was perfect!

Townhouse was clean, well stocked with practically everything you need and in a great location! It was perfect for our annual mother/daughter trip! PS the bath towels are amazing!
