    The private, oversized balcony is an amazing space. Sip coffee as the sun rises or unwind with a glass of wine while the sky shifts to shades of orange, pink, and gold. Honey, is that a dolphin?

    Inside, natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting a thoughtfully designed space that’s both stylish and comfortable. A plush wrap-around sofa offers plenty of room to lounge, while the chef’s kitchen, equipped with premium appliances and sleek countertops, makes mealtime effortless.
