With Gulf views from the third-floor master suite, Lake Carillon views from the second-floor bedroom, and luxurious finishes throughout, Sea Dream combines elevated comfort with unbeatable location. Whether you're relaxing by the private heated pool, enjoying a sunset from one of the expansive balconies, or preparing a feast in the gourmet kitchen, this home was made for making beach memories.

Sea Dream is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles, or 2 vehicles and 1 golf cart permitted. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

WONDERFUL!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was WONDERFUL! The location was perfect so close to walkover 7. We loved having the pool in the back to relax in and the upstairs family room is where we all played games and made memories. We would LOVE to return to this house.
