This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Family PCB Vacay 2025

We recently rented both sides of this duplex for a family group of 14. Overall,we had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room. The highlight was definitely the backyard pool/bar area—it’s absolutely perfect!There were a few issues, yet they didn’t take away too much from our overall experience. The air conditioning wasn’t working on one side when we arrived. I immediately contacted the host via the number provided upon check in and was told that it had just been repaired earlier that afternoon and would take a bit more time to cool off. It actually took a couple of days for the home to cool down, with one side of the house being way more comfortable than the other. The outdoor area’s TV and fans weren’t working. The maintenance team was very responsive and took care of the concern. The one kitchen’s overhead lights didn’t work, but we just dealt with it, hating to call again.There was a shortage of washcloths, but plenty of towels. There were no extra linens for the sofa beds which we chose to use because of extreme temps in upstairs on our first night. Linens were dropped off the next morning, after we had bought some ourselves. We saw a few bugs, but it’s Florida. The septic started backing up in downstairs bathrooms mid week, but a plumber was sent and pumped the system. Cleaners came afterwards. Despite these hiccups, the home was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the quick responses from the property management team! We would definitely stay again.

When we arrived, the unit seemed great. When we started opening cabinets, we started to see a few dead cockroaches, then a live one. I called the number I was given right away & was told someone local would be calling me right back. No phone call, just a text asking if they were dead or alive because apparently the house had been sprayed the week prior. I was told they would call the exterminator but they likely wouldn’t come back out that week and they could drop off some roach spray the next day if I wanted. I told them there was roach spray under one of the kitchen sinks so it appeared this was a known issue. The response I got was that they keep that in all of their units because we were in Florida & there are bugs everywhere. The next day, I just happened to see someone outside while walking through the house. It was a lady, already walking away, that had laid some Combat roach gel on the step outside. When I opened the door, it startled her & I could tell she appeared nervous. I thanked her & took the gel in. My husband went around & put the gel in places throughout the kitchen cabinets. Later that day, I opened one of the cabinets & there were 6-8 roaches crawling around some of the gel. Everyday we found a few more dead ones. The floors were not clean. Walking around caused black, ruined socks on day 1. After finding water in the floor, we found a broken pipe that had a bowl under it to catch water & it had overfilled. Definitely won’t be staying here again!!
