Local family owned and operated Gulf front condo in the Boardwalk Condominiums is the ideal home base for your trip to Panama City Beach. Gated resort with ample covered parking. Perfectly located on the quietest pocket of S. Thomas Drive, still just steps away from major attractions, shopping, dining, entertainment, and most importantly- the white sugar sands of the Emerald Coast!
Guests will find a soothing one-bedroom retreat featuring a brand new king bed. Heading toward the kitchen you'll find a spacious and sturdy built in bunk nook with a bonus trundle bed. You're then met with stunning Gulf views in a cozy living room with a sofa bed, for extra guests or relaxing movie nights.
Listen to the waves and spot sea life from the private gulf front balcony. Center unit on the 8th floor for perfect sunrise and sunset views.
The space offers a spacious bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, and basic toiletries, making your stay easy and convenient. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and appliances- coffee pot, kettle, Crock-Pot, waffle makers, blender, and more. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or planning your next outing, this quaint condo provides a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family.
Help yourself to any of our beach gear and sand toys. Don't forget your SPF! But if you did, don't sweat it, we have a spare for you. Pack n Play, and high chair available upon request.
Just downstairs, Boardwalk offers beachfront zero entry heated pool, hot tub, interactive splash pad, and sundeck. A beachfront bar and grill and the Corner Market. A state-of-the-art fitness center with stunning Gulf views and sauna.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Gather all used bath and hand towels and place them directly into the washing machine drum add one detergent pod and press Start.
Please shake off any loose sand outside before loading
Beach Gear & Balcony Care:
Rinse any sandy chairs, or beach toys at the ground-floor outdoor wash stations before storing them neatly back on the balcony corner.
Trash & Final Lockup:
Tie up all kitchen and bathroom trash bags and drop them into the trash chute located down the hallway. and ensure the sliding balcony door is fully shut and latched securely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
