Welcome to Paradise by the Pier! This newly updated 2-bedroom 2.5 bath home sleeps 6 and sits directly across the street from the famous white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast in a small community with a pool! Enjoy the sounds of the ocean right from your private balcony or just take a short walk to experience the magical views firsthand. This community is in a great location: across from the beach, a 3 min drive to Pier Park, and a 10min drive to 30A. You can truly enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast.

This great two-story layout has both bedrooms on the first floor with the king-master ensuite with a new flat screen TV and the guest bedroom across the way with a queen bedroom ensuite also with a new flat screen TV. Traveling up to the second floor you will find the open living area with great kitchen, dining area and access to your private balcony with amazing Gulf views. If you need some extra space to sleep the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed! After a day at the beach or the community pool, enjoy the outside shower before calling it a day and enjoying some time relaxing on the balcony. Beautiful townhouse

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse! The location is perfect with it being within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, as well as having beach access across the street. Beautiful place

We loved the house for us it was on a perfect location very close to the beach or the pier the house has everything you need and specially the stuff for the beach we loved spending our time on the balcony 😊

Great Place

This place is awesome. It's clean, has everything you need, pet friendly and in a great location. Pier Park, fishing pier and dog beach are just a block away. Management team is friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely come back for future trip to PBC area.

Awesome !

This place was perfect for our family! We stayed for the Jazz Festival and the location was perfectly walking distance to the gate and all that Pier Park has to offer and the beach was right across the street. The unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again for location and value

Great place to stay

We had a great time. The house was so pretty. The owners had just had the entire house painted so it did smell strongly of paint when we went in. However, it wasn't something unbearable. The location is great with the house being so close to Pier Park, the dog beach and the Pier. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was great.

This place exceeded expectations. It had everything you would need in the kitchen and I only hope I can figure out a way to come back. My teenage girls just loved the proximity to The pier and shopping. The beach was beautiful and just across the road. No Problem at all. Late Summer fun

This was our 4th stay at Paradise By The Pier. We love the house and the location. The home has everything you need and location is absolutely perfect. Very nice stay

We had a wonderful time staying here with our friends and of course our fur baby. Loved how close we were to the beach and pier park and shopping. The house was so cute and perfect for our week at the beach. A few things that could be addressed would be the guest bathroom drain, it took a whole day for it to drain out, the couches could use some deep cleaning, and a little dusting. Other than that it was a great stay. We look forward to coming back to maybe try another house next year. Thanks Michelle

Nice property, beautiful beach, more for party

This was a very nice property and house and near many amenities. The beach was beautiful. This was in a very very loud location with drag racing, partying, loud neighbors singing karaoke in the streets. This was every night until a range of 12-2 am. If you are there to party then this is an excellent location with lots of action. If you want to sleep and have more of a family visit planned then perhaps another location with this property manager. Again the place was beautiful and the property management team were excellent.

This house was great. Location is perfect, it was clean and comfortable. Had everything you would need including beach equipment. Would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back! Needs to be deep cleaned

Location is great, walking distance to pier park, super close to the dog beach and that's about all the perks. The house needs to be cleaned. The rug upstairs smelled like dog pee. The love seat was nasty. Needs to be cleaned. Just everything needs to have a full deep clean.

Wonderful stay

The unit was absolutely wonderful and immaculate, one of the cleanest and neatest I've seen! We had a wonderful time, we've stated several of the other units in the complex but this one was by far the nicest. The only issue seems not to be with the condo itself but with the lights being on in the pool at night. They weren't on the entire time we were there, I called about it and it was implied that it was HOA issue, they were not being very cooperative about it. This of course has nothing to do with the unit itself, we are considering renting again next summer when we come unless we have too many people for it lol. Will highly recommend it to anybody I talk to!

Memorial Day weekend

This was hands down the best experience we have ever had with any vacation rental or even hotel booking. From the time we booked all the way to the day after we checked out, they have been in constant communication with us. The property was beyond equipped with things to use on our stay. Whether you prefer a blender for summer smoothies or a nutra-bullet for one person on the go protein shake. This place had it all. Some mornings we used the coffee pot, then for mid day caffeine we used the keireg. A few unexpected surprises were the beach toys and chairs in the closet. clean and ready for our use. We came down with so much luggage that wasn't even needed. Will definitely use this place in the future.

Close to Everything

This house is right next to Pier Park and directly across the street from the beach so it is convenient to everything. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean. It is well stocked with not only household furnishings, but also beach toys and things to do on a rainy day. The place definitely has a beachy theme to it. There are a few items that need repair or replace but when I texted the owner she apologized and said all of those items were on her list to be taken care of but they just did not happen before our arrival. Unfortunately a tornado came through while we were there which tore off some fascia on the overhang and a destroyed a chair on the lower patio but other then a few tense minutes spent in an interior closet, we came out just fine. While we were there an insurance adjuster also came out to inspect some window damage from hurricane Michael. It was not noticeable to us, but apparently has some issues. Just one thing to be aware of is that it is on a busy road so you do get road noise at night. It took us a couple of nights and some earplugs to adjust since we live out in the country where 10 cars a day might drive past. Only 1 Saturday night was it bothersome when PCB was packed with people. Overall a pleasant stay in a great house so we immediately booked again for next year.
