If you have ever visited Rosemary, then you know PARKING IS A HASSLE, here you can park directly in front of the CARRIAGE HOUSE.

PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar.

The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub.

This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people.

The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk.

Perfect Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay at Jerry’s carriage house. It was perfectly located to access the beach and shops. We walked and biked most of our stay. So much see see inside Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas. The sun porch and downstairs patio allowed us to spread out and enjoy Jerry’s peaceful retreat. The hot tub was a hit with the teens! Jerry was so accommodating and answered all our questions about the area. He was a pleasure to meet and get to know! We’ll be back for sure!

Jerry and Josephine were the most incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. They told us to reach out if anything came up, but honestly, they had already thought of everything. They truly made us feel completely at home, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.The coach house was spotless and had such a great vibe—we absolutely loved it. The backyard was a dream, complete with a private hot tub, patio, grill, and even a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location couldn’t have been more perfect or more beautiful.Jerry and Josephine made us feel like part of the family, and we’ve already booked our stay for next year.
