Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, and once a reservation is outside the applicable cancellation window, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations. Trip insurance may provide reimbursement for eligible, covered reasons when you are unable to travel.

For your peace of mind, we encourage every guest to carefully review the available trip insurance options before completing their reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Notice

If your reservation is canceled and a refund is approved in accordance with our cancellation policy or at our discretion, the refund will be limited to the amount we actually receive from the booking. Credit card processing fees and other non-refundable payment processing charges assessed by the payment processor or booking platform are not recoverable and therefore will not be included in any refund.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of booking will remain your responsibility in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

At 30A Sea Story, we`ll provide the setting, you provide the tale...
1. Please leave the sand at the beach. Sand damages floors, showers, and furnishings.

2. Do not operate the air conditioning with any doors or windows open as this can cause it to freeze and malfunction.

3. NO SMOKING. All 30A Sea Story properties are non-smoking. By renting our property it is understood that you will NOT smoke in our vacation rentals; guests will be charged a penalty fee if evidence of smoke is found upon checkout.

4. Please understand you and your guest(s) are using our home at your own risk. Neither 30A Sea Story, LLC nor the homeowner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.

5. No boats or trailers are to be parked at 30A Sea Story properties. Any fines from the HOA as a result of this broken rule will be charged to the guest.

6. Do not move the furniture.

7. Please always wash and dry your belongings separately from our linens.
