  • Quiet adorable corner studio, sleeps 4, very comfy bed and pullout couch is super comfortable too! FREE NETFLIX!! Located in The Villages of South Walton, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Explore 30A by walking or biking to the local shops and restaurants. The amazing beaches are a 5 min walk away. The water is magical. Free tram if you don't want to walk. Come have fun in the PERFECT location.Access is a door code so no need to meet for keys. Building C is your building. Arrival info sent a few days before your stay.
