    Tucked inside this quiet, family-friendly gated community, you will get the best of both worlds: a peaceful, private retreat to unwind, while being just a short 4-minute stroll to the emerald waters and white sands of Panama City Beach. With a brand-new interior, a phenomenal private back patio, and a layout designed for maximum flexibility, this townhouse is perfect for families, remote workers, and beach-loving friends alike.



    -Golf cart available! $50/day or $300/wk Must be rented for all days of stay

    Cart is not street legal. Rental of street legal carts in the community is prohibited.

    Golf carts must remain in a parking space of the unit.

Great place!!! Close to the beach and shops. The only complaint I have is the golf cart wasn't street legal so we weren’t able to use it to cruise town like we planned. The extra expense of the golf cart rental wasn’t worth it to me.
