This upscale luxury complex with over 3200 sq feet features 5 large bedrooms and 5 baths between two homes offering 3 bedrooms in the main home and 2 bedrooms in the guest home, with a magnificent heated pool and deck between. Take in the pool for a few hours before heading to the beach for a leisurely afternoon. "C Breeze" offers a brand new chic stylized furniture and an elegant nautical decor. The living room gathering area has plenty of seating to watch TV, movies or sporting events on the wall mounted flat screen TV or just converse over cocktails. The couch pulls out to a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The living room opens up to a french door screened in covered patio overlooking the pool deck. The open concept gathering area gives way to the oversized newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dark granite counters. The kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, cookware, utensils and flatware. On the first floor you will find a king guest bedroom with shared bathroom and the laundry room.

Just up the stairs on the second floor is the queen guest bedroom with private bathroom and wall mounted flat screen TV. Down the hall is the spacious king master bedroom. It offers an oversized walk in closet with folding crib and highchair. The master bathroom has a glass shower, soaking tub, water closet, two separate vanities and makeup counter. The master bedroom even has a private deck with seating that overlooks the pool. The third floor tower area offers a lookout balcony with a peek-a-boo ocean views.

The first floor of the guest house features a gathering area with a sofa that pulls out into a sofa sleeper for extra guests and a wall mounted flat screen tv. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and oven. The bunkroom has a twin over full bunk set and the guest bathroom is right down the hall with a stackable washer and dryer and a screened in back patio overlooking the pool with outdoor seating. The second floor is accessed externally (no interior access to the second floor) with a separate private guest queen bedroom with private bathroom featuring a beautiful covered deck with outdoor seating area, porch swing bed.
