Four extra-large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, private balcony or patio, and sitting area.

First Floor, Exterior and Stocked Garage:
Bedroom 1: Triple bunk beds, queen bed and full bath, wall mounted smart TV
Outside bedroom: Full-size pull-out couch, table and chairs in sitting area with TV.
2 sets of double French doors to two separate patios, one with child-proof gate and surround.
Access to 18-mile biking/walking path through the towns of 30A from backyard, or very short walk/bike to Seacrest, Rosemary or Alys Beach on this path.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and large private balcony with full bath accessible to living area, HDTV and large closet (ironing board/iron in this closet).
Bedroom 3: Large private master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, white quartz counters and large walk-in shower. down a spacious hall with French doors to private covered balcony for catching breathtaking sunsets, an unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf and a view of Alys Beach.
Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, HDTV & DVD, and huge walk-in closet, private full bathroom, private balcony with high railings and a view of Seacrest Beach Resort.
