1.) The location of our house is perfect! At the very west end of PCB, you are a short drive to 30A & Pier Park! Best of both areas!
2.) The set up of the house is great for multiple families. A king bedroom on the top floor, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, a twin daybed in the game room area, plus a sleeper sofa. Perfect for 2 families or 1 large extended family staying together.
3.) The beach access is located directly across the street! Easy to run back to the house for lunch or more sunscreen.
4.) The large pool is directly outside the living room doors. Easy for family fun!

This spacious 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom home is directly across the street from beach access 93. The house is in a quad setup of 4 stand-alone homes that sit around a beautiful, large private pool along with nice lounging chairs, and a grilling area with 2 Weber grills.

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS☆☆

Our beach house was designed with families in mind! Plenty of space and room for everyone to enjoy their vacation! There is a king suite with en-suite bathroom, on the top floor. A twin day bed with trundle is also on this floor. The Queen bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a full bathroom directly outside the door. A twin/full bunk bed is on the main floor with another full bathroom right outside its door.

No need to worry about storage - all bedrooms come equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, & floor fan for your use. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer, fluffy towels, either a stand-up walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, rugs, plenty of lighting, electrical outlets, and storage.

Each bedroom boasts a large wall-mounted smart TV. Don’t forget to bring all your login information for a personalized entertainment experience!

A desk and chair are provided in one of the bedrooms. They can be easily relocated to a different room if needed for your convenience.

All bathrooms have toilet paper (starter pack), hand soap, & bar soap. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆

There are two wonderful hang out spots for your family to congregate. The large kitchen table sits next to a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances; fridge, stove, oven, microwave, & of course a dishwasher, a crock pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, and plenty of cookware & dishes.

We have special plastic dishes, bowls, & cups plus a high chair for the littles of the family! The fridge features an ice maker and water dispenser, just like at home.

Gather around the long dining room table, ensuring everyone has a spot for a fantastic family meal or play card games. Feel free to take a plate out to the courtyard and enjoy the table & chairs or gazebo with picnic table.

The comfy living room offers a great place to gather after a long day at the beach. Relax in the evening with the 65” wall mounted smart tv on one of the two comfy couches or a recliner. Plenty of family games and cards are available for your family’s fun night. For added convenience, a large capacity washer & dryer are available for your stay.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The outdoor space here is phenomenal! The large pool is shared between the four houses & located in the middle of the courtyard. The two grills and all loungers around the pool are also shared but plenty for everyone. A large storage container contains beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, for your use. Run across the street in the evening to the beach for some crab hunting, a nice bonfire on the beach, or a nice stroll. The pool & attached sauna are not heated.

The parking area behind the house will hold 2 vehicles with an overflow area by the fence for another vehicle. The overflow is not a guaranteed space.

Rest assured; our beach house is meticulously maintained. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house ourselves to ensure our guests are taken care of. You will have 24/7 access to us once you book your vacation.
