Enjoy spending time in this private neighborhood home designed for post-beach relaxation! Ideally located, this charming home is just a four-minute walk from the beach! Step inside the open, light-filled living area. Settle in on the couch with your favorite beach read. The chef of the group will love the kitchen, well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Share a meal with your loved ones at the dining table. Or, head outside and fire up the grill for a barbecue! An enclosed yard is ideal for spending time together after a day at the beach.

Several entrances to the white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are within a short walk from this home. Inlet Beach on 30a is just one mile away as well! Pier Park is just over seven miles from this home and offers shopping, dining, and attractions for guests. Galleries, boutiques, and fine dining can also be found in the Inlet Beach area.

Private Getaway

The perfect spot for peace and relaxation. A short walk to the beach on a quiet street with FRIENDLY people. The beach was relaxing, peaceful, and UNCROWDED! The beach house was ADORABLE to say the least. Everything was PERFECT. I would definitely rent again.

Nice New Years stay

With just a couple blocks’ walk to the beach, the sand and shells were easily enjoyed and we avoided the high cost of waterfront rentals. The home was very clean, appointed nicely, and just what was advertised and we had hoped for. We will be back if we can!

Close to the beach!

This cute house is really close to beach access and right across from Publix - super convenient. We had a few issues with some of the appliances and the floors were not super clean when we arrived, but we would stay here again☀️🏖️

Comfortable home with great access to what the area offers. There were problems with VaCasa that the owners should be aware of, but it is a nice comfortable ptoperty.

We loved how close it was to the beach and it was such a cute modern beach house. The floors were not cleaned thoroughly though when we arrived and left black marks on our feet so we wore shoes almost all the time inside. We had a few appliance issues as well but otherwise we loved it!

Family Vacation

Enjoyed the location, but wish check in was sooner. It was walking distance to the beach.

We enjoyed the location; however, I did not have a great experience with one of the customer service reps over the phone. As I was waiting to speak to a supervisor, the rep told me she had more important things to do instead of answering my question. She sent me to a line that went straight to a voicemail but would not take voicemails. Besides my conversation with her over the phone (she didn’t mention her name), I enjoyed our stay with my family.

Beautiful, spacious

The house was beautiful. Plenty of space to spread out. Close to shopping and he beach. Neighborhood was quiet. The back patio and yard was nice for the little ones to run out some energy. Will definitely be rebooking.
