The Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach

The Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach is calling to you. Located on the best lot in the neighborhood, it’s just a short walk to the beach, swimming, shopping, gourmet dining and nature trails. The neighborhood has a free beach tram that picks you up at the front door and takes you straight to the ocean during warmer months. And just steps from the front door is one of the largest lagoon pools in Florida, perfect for relaxing and swimming all day long.

This gorgeous property features oversized rooms throughout, beds for 16, huge indoor outdoor living and kitchen areas with one of the largest kitchen islands you'll ever see, a kids bunk retreat room with Pac-Man arcade and ping pong. Easy driveway and street parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Hot tub located off the back porch overlooking scenic forest area. The walking trails in the backyard lead to Alys and Rosemary Beach.

This beautiful home is truly the Crown Jewel of Seacrest Beach!

Excellent location just steps away from the resort style lagoon pool and minutes from the private sugar white sand beach. This home is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed floor plan with spacious primary and guest king size bedrooms. Wonderful and fun large bunk room that provides quest with 2 queen and 2 double bunks. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with seating for 14. Jump in the outdoor hot tub for a relaxing evening as you watch the gorgeous sun sets. Minutes away from some of the best shopping and 4 star dining in Florida Gulf Coast! We created wonderful family memories that we will never forget and plan to come back again and again, Thank you!

The best house for families!

We had a great stay! The house exceeded our expectations and the neighborhood was safe, clean and easy to access the beach. We had 4 families and lots of little kids and the house was perfect for us all! We hope to book again!

A great family vacation

Beautiful house. Great location. Short walk to amazing pool and beach area. We were able to book a bonfire on the beach which was enjoyed by our entire group! Grant was very responsive and offered great tips on things we should do while there. Enjoyed it so much that we booked for next year!

Family vacation

The Crown Jewel was a perfect place to stay for all of us. There were 16 of us total ( age range between 81years - 2 months ) perfect location, everything you need is there, great communication and perfect layout of the home. Perfect Beach Vacation

This house is just lovely. There is a ton of space and it is decorated beautifully. There are plenty of beds for a large group. The linens and beds were so comfortable, too. The kitchen was a great space for entertaining and making meals and the living room area had seating for everyone. The owner is very gracious and was available for any questions we had. We highly recommend this house and we would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We plan our family vacations every year in this area. This home accommodated all of our families need, to having a bedroom on the main level, to the spacious kitchen and family room. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to the pool, beach tram, shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive with our request. I highly recommend this home for your next family trip.

Absolutely Amazing

Great Location. Beautiful home. Great floor plan with everything you’ll need. Hosts treated us so well. We felt like an extension of their family. They had a cake of our choice and wine waiting for us. What a treat for our anniversary. I can’t wait to bring our children and family for our next trip to 30 A. Recommend staying with the 30 A Girls.

We had a very nice stay. What was frustrating was our beach access since my grandchildren and their parents wanted to be closer to the water which not possible unless you got to the beach VERY EARLY. Our host was fantastic and I will soon be sending him a separate email sharing my thoughts.

We had a group of ladies that have been in our DIY finishing classes for several years. They are from all over the country and we brought them together, in person, to have a wellness retreat. The house was great, the floor plan lent itself to entertaining and everyone was pleased with the accommodations.

Perfect week!

Just can’t say enough about how great this house is - beautiful and so convenient to the beach, the pool, Rosemary and Alys. The pictures honestly don’t even do it justice - it’s even better in person. And Hollie is a rock star - she had arranged a crib and high chair for us when we arrived - along with a beautiful pitcher of sangria and charcuterie in the fridge. The house is perfect for a large family - plenty of space for all of us and so comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!!

Crown Jewel is a True Gem!

This house was the absolute BEST experience - incredibly communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable host; gorgeous home complete with a gourmet kitchen, lots of outdoor spaces, and great overall decor; sleeps a large group very comfortably; walkable and ideal location between Rosemary and Alys Beaches; and a great quiet neighborhood. 10/10. Truly a Crown Jewel of an Experience

We were so pleased by our entire stay at the Crown Jewel, which really lives up to its billing as a luxury destination. The home is so fresh and updated, with a fantastic kitchen for home cooking and wonderful well lit bedrooms and we loved the soothing double head showers. Access to the Seacrest Beach was easy and quick and the massive Lagoon Pool was just steps from the front door. Grant is such a gracious host, with excellent communication on all the details and very quick response times if there's ever any questions. My family is already looking forward to rebooking here on our next trip to 30A - thanks Grant for making it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Cousin Beach Trip

We settled here, hailing from Texas and the Carolinas to enjoy some overdue cousin time. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the home and property. We loved the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We spent a ton of time in the open concept living room especially as the weather kept us indoors for most of our stay! Easy commute to the beach and pool. Couple tips: be sure to use the provided phone number to contact the Trolley Service as they break for lunch from 12-1:00 and can’t pick up at that time. Also bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash!
