WELCOME TO PARADISE! We have a view of the bay from our front door, Master Bedroom private balcony has a great view of the bay also and we are located near everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park & Marina, Frank Brown Park, Ms Newbys brews & booze, Pineapple Willie’s, shopping, restaurants, golf, deep sea fishing charters. Parking for 4 vehicles. Motorcycles welcome!

Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and all the comforts of home! Grab your beach towels and chairs and hit the beach!
It's easy walk to white sandy beaches less than a mile away (beach access #12) 3 min. drive to Richard Seltzer park. Or, if you love boating and fishing, use one of the 4 public boat ramps located on the highly desirable S Lagoon Dr. and enjoy your day on the water. Boat and jet ski rentals nearby or bring your own!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Last minute find

Due to Covid our vacation plans changed and we had to find a new property. We were very lucky to find this property last minute and it was perfect. Owners were great and quick with answering questions. Perfect for us!

This Vacation Rental is Nice

We spent a long weekend at the Holiday Beach House in mid April 2022. The stairs in the house can be a challenge but they can also keep you in shape during your stay (smile). The Dooley’s were very easy to work with, as we had a little one day adjustment on our stay that caused no problem. The house is clean and well equipped. We always felt safe. We would stay at the Beach House again if we had the opp.

Fantastic

Absolutely a great place to be and very clean and inviting. We loved the cute family photo to add a extra touch. I just wanted to also recommend that we was missing a can opener and batteries for the master bedroom remote however I am pretty sure we was the first ones to rent this place. I highly recommend this inviting little home.

Great Condo

Had a great time with my family of 5. Quick drive to the beach with public parking. Very clean, especially for a beach condo which usually have sandy floors. The kitchen supplies were lacking. Not enough forks or plates for 5 people. Bring paper plates and plastic cutlery if you plan on eating in. Overall a great place to stay.

Convenient

The condo was convenient to Front Beach road and many of the restaurants and attractions. However, the neighborhood was a mix of nice homes and some pretty rundown homes, including vehicles on blocks, etc. Everything in the condo was in working order, but it does need to repairs/updates. Overall, enjoyable stay and the owners were very friendly and responsive to questions, etc.

Great Location!!

This was our first time to PCB. We were thrilled to have found such a cute little townhome in a safe & quiet neighborhood that was less then a block from a boat launch where we could put our jet ski in. The hosts were GREAT, very prompt and responsive with any and all requests and/or inquiries. We were able to bring our pup as well which was an added plus! The only thing that would have made the stay more comfortable perhaps would have been more (comfortable) seating in the living area. It rained almost our whole trip and we had to stay indoors & with 4 people we found it difficult to sit comfortably. Overall a great home and we look forward to staying again!

Perfect spot to get away

We wanted a quick get a way where we could walk to the beach and relax at the house after a fun day in the sun. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just perfect for our needs. Very nice. Responsive owner too.
