Construction was happening on the 7th floor, was a bit noisy. The hotel does need upgrading so I guess this is where the construction was coming in.

Ramada Panama Centro Via Argentina
The only problem we had with this hotel is that the rooms are a bit run down and ours was not very clean. Our room seemed to be literally falling apart in some areas. Otherwise the staff was helpful & polite and it’s in a good location.
