Dave was always available anytime I had questions. The home was exactly what we needed for a party of eight to celebrate our family Christmas together on the beach. It’s within walking distance to schooners and that is where we went for New Year’s Eve. Everything was clean and we had the best time in the game room!

The balcony was a wonderful view to drink your morning coffee! The pool was a plus. I loved the sunroof in the bathrooms upstairs. The proper itself was lovely. Would recommend or even revisit this place again.

This house was amazing! Great location just across street from the beach. The pool was the best part, was so nice to have it heated so we could also use it at night once temps dropped! House was set up perfect, nicely decorated and updated. We will definitely book again! Dave was also great to work with- very prompt and helpful!

Amazing house!

We were able to check in early after driving all evening. This house is extremely comfortable for 8 of us. The pool was amazing! Sitting on the deck and watching the waves was so relaxing. We had wonderful time and will definitely be back! Thank you to management staff. They were very accommodating!

Family Fall Getaway

This home was perfect with plenty of room for the 8 adults in our party. Heated pool was great for this time of year! The large covered deck was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. With the beach only a few steps away this home and quiet neighborhood will be # 1on my list for our next vacation to PCB.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach is one of the highlights. The house fit our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers very well. We had a few hiccups, but Dave was very responsive. We will definitely consider another stay at a future date.

PCB Beach vacation

We had 7 adults and two toddlers. The house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room and the location was superb. We did not even need our wagon or stroller for the beach it was so close! The kids had a ton of fun in the pool and Dave the property manager was very good in handling any issues we had.

Great Location

Great home with a good view. To cold for us to enjoy pool but would nice when warmer. Enjoyed the rec room has plenty of smart TV's. The ice machine is a nice added bonus. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice 4 bedroom house not on the water.

This property was amazing perfect location literally a few steps to the beach you can see the ocean and hear it from the balcony or while you are laying by the private pool the pool was perfect as well !! And the cleanliness of this home was above and beyond expected coming from a rental it was more like home.. we will definitely stay again and will refer all of our friends and family !! Pool was our favorite

The house was very nice and we had a wonderful time. The pool was a big hit especially heated…My18 yo daughter has special needs so rentals are made with her in mind. She played and swam for hours…and got around pretty well in the house. It was a perfect setup for spending time with each other.The only negative was the stairs got slippery when they got wet which was inevitable at times….Thank you!!

Perfect Family House

This place is incredible. They upgraded the pool and we couldn't get the kids out! The location, layout of the house, and the amazing deck all combine for a perfect family vacation. We will be sure to return next year for our third straight year! We never needed to contact the host. That is my definition of a perfect host. Everything was handled perfectly!

Our quiet beach dream location!

We are so glad we snagged this home for our family vacation! The kids loved the pool and we love the convenience of not having to worry about uncleanliness. There was a ton of parking, which was nice because we have big trucks. Beach entry number 2 is literally 50 ft away with no public parking around the area. So basically you're only getting the people that either live there or are vacationing. This is across the street from the beach but it is a tiny road and you can see the water from the porch. We loved the game room and having an ice maker. We had a slight issue with the internet but I want to tell you that the owners went above and beyond to make it work while we were there. I had a lot of charts to complete and had three kiddos who also needed TV. We were very appreciative of their kindness. We will most definitely stay here again!
