Adorable townhome with a perfect view of the ocean. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of room on the beach to relax and play and no overcrowding of umbrellas and chairs from larger resorts. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee from the patio at sunrise and wine in the evening for sunset. Overall great rental!

We had an amazing stay for spring break 2026. Just two of us stayed but easily could’ve had two more with the murphy bed downstairs. Great views! Lived the deck and being able to walk right onto the beach. Communication was amazing with the owners. Not sure we will stay anywhere else when down here!

This property is very nice, and feels safe. The interior is fresh, clean and feels new. The back deck/steps lead right to your own section of beach. This owner communicates well and timely. I won't stay anywhere else at PCB!

We loved the view and location. It was great being able to walk back to the townhouse if we needed a break from the beach. It was nice to be able to cook meals (including grilling) and eat them on the patio. The new owner was very responsive with any needs.

Our stay was wonderful. Being right on the beach and not having to deal with elevators or being in a high rise was amazing. We brought our dog and our 7 year old and it was the perfect setup for us. We loved it so much we booked another trip at this unit for June!

This location has the best direct access to the beach! The condo was perfect for us from the amazing updated bathrooms, patio, comfy bed and beautiful views. Everything is so convenient and the perfect vacation spot! The only suggestion I can give is the underneath of the patio needs to be cleaned out.

Beach Getaway

We loved this property! Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean, and the new overhead patio covers were a great addition to this location. New privacy curtains were installed outside, as well as new couches inside. Only issue was that the upstairs TV had no functionality during our trip (no cable/smart TV) but the downstairs one works great! Owners were very friendly and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

A very nice accommodation for a couple or small family. Great location and beautiful beach, yet no crowds on the sand! Would liked to have had a permanent deck cover since the umbrella provided with the very nice deck seating was not sufficient for shade, particularly when grilling on the deck.

Beutiful beach house

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting PCB. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. My husband and I stay with our 13 yr old cavapoo. The home is very pet friendly including a gated deck with a beautiful view. This beach house is our 1st pick whenever traveling to PCB. The owner is very attentive and kind. Thank you for always making our trip special!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Beachside Joy is fantastic! It's clean, up-to-date, in a great location, and has perfect access to the beach right off the back deck. It's also a little more private, as you're not right beside a large hotel with lots of people. The owner is also really nice, communicates extremely well, and will wan tto make sure your stay is great. I cannot recommend this property enough! Just book it...you won't regret it. I'll be coming back to this property again and again.

While we love this property area, we did not like the vinegar washed towels. The spiral staircase was unique. I would definitely suggest a better cleaning service, but my wife and I did enjoy our time at the beach.

Fabulous views main level & from Master upstairs. Owner Tim took care of any concern promptly. Propane in the BBQ & back up tank provided, in case it ran out before we left. Plenty of closet space. Spent most time outside on deck. Beach walks easy. Best sunsets. Enjoyed the Seagulls Pelicans & saw Dolphins one day. Will return. Thanks

Beachside Joy…Beachside Bliss

We had a lovely stay at Beachside Joy. It truly lived up to its name these past several days. We loved the no fuss experience of being able to drive straight up to the place not worrying with catching a good spot in the parking garage and waiting for an elevator-we simply parked in our reserved spot, unloaded our things and got to the resting and relaxing that we came for this week. It was an effortless experience with the condo providing everything we needed and more. The master suite upstairs was perfect! King size bed, two closets, massive windows to awake in the morning and see the beach right in front of us. The master bath was amazing as well. We felt like we had our own private hot tub/spa! We took a bubble bath almost every day. The condo felt clean, airy and the beach views were unbeatable. We couldn’t be any closer to the beach if we tried. We felt lazy with how easy it was to lug our beach gear to the beach! Just a step off the deck and into the sand we were. We were close to some of our favorite restaurants to eat all the seafood we could. The owner was helpful and kind from the booking experience to the closure of our time there. It was the most perfect spot for two people! I’m writing this feeling sad that our time has ended but we know when we return we will be booking again with Beachside Joy. Thanks for the memories!
