Nice Getaway

The property is just as it's shown in the pictures. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Response from the owner was fast and that garden tub is everything. This was a much needed trip and the accommodations were great.

Restful Retreat

Had a great vacation with family and staying at this property was fantastic! The location was close to many attractions and very close to the beaches. The house was perfect for two families or for those who have older family/friends or a handicap person. The downstairs space is ideal. It’s also great for friends who want to have a getaway but have their own space. Highly recommended

Great stay

We had a great stay. The room size was great. We ended up coming with less people than anticipated so we had even more room. The kids had plenty of space to play/sleep. We had 5 kids ages ranging from 5months to 12 and the room was great for that. The pool was gated which was a plus for our tiny kids. The beach was a little walk but manageable even with all of our small children. Owner communication was fantastic. Definitely would consider staying again.

Review of stay

It was a very nice place and it was very clean. We did run into some issues with the downstairs air conditioning and the downstairs refrigerator, but it was very quickly fixed by the host. The only complaint I would have is the clarification of the 3 bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom was a full bedroom, but the downstairs had a bedroom with no doors and the third “bedroom” was basically just a living room with a bed that was connected to the kitchen and the other bedroom downstairs. Besides that I would say the stay was excellent and it was a great location. Also it was a very short walk to the beach so no need to drive there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great house to stay at while on vacation to the beach!

Great Gated Quiet Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It’s in a gated community that was quiet and away from all the craziness at the other end of Panama City Beach. Our family loved the split unit so every one could retreat to have some privacy when needed. We loved the back patio. It was huge and looked out over the lagoon. The racetrack is right beside the back fence out on the patio, however that was never an issue for us because we love racing. We loved the garage to keep all of our beach stuff inside after cleaning it. Dave was a great host. He was quick to respond with every question I had. The beach was not to far of a walk. It was too hot for some of us to walk. We just drove over and parked in the public beach parking and we were a short walk to the beach. This is a very nice updated and clean condo. It’s also affordable if you’re on a budget! Thanks so much for our great stay!! Highly recommend!!

One night

We stayed in this space for one night. Maybe I didn’t read the description close enough but the set up caught me off guard. The one bedroom is upstairs from the garage and the other bedroom is directly in from the garage. The third bedroom I am guessing is the common room in the basement with the futon. Not a huge deal and lesson learned to read more. Very clean and surprisingly quiet on the inside considering the family fun park go carts is directly on the other side of the wall. This made it difficult to enjoy the patio area. I probably would not book again because of the set up and the location. But my complaints are just minor inconveniences.
