Our apartments are located in the center of the city of Panama, capital of the Republic of Panama, a short distance from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and 5 minutes walk from the Omar Park, an impressive park where you can practice all kinds of sports or Simply breathe pure air in the middle of the city. Includes free parking, janitor and security guard 24/7.





Quiet neighborhood and in turn, with commercial activity. There are nearby restaurants, as well as hair or barber services, dry cleaners and supermarkets within a short distance. ATM of several banks, pharmacy and cafeterias. You can walk to Parque Omar and be able to exercise or simply enjoy the flora of Panama City. The building is located between two of the most notable streets of the City, it is between Calle 50 and Vía Porras. P.H.Quartier 74 is a quiet and familiar building.

I would say, the pictures are much nicer than the room. The AC in my room did not work the first night i was there, but they fixed it. The place is not as nice as ot appears in the photos. Plenty of mildew in the shower areas. However, the price we paid, it was very fair for what we got. If you are looking for a lower priced rental, i highly recommend this place, just understand its not as nice as it seems.
