Townhome located 1/2 mile away from Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Hospital. 2 bedrooms 1 and 1/2 bath townhome located in the Cove. Beautiful fully updated and furnished townhome. Kitchen and baths have been renovated, kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and has been fully furnished with all cookware and utensils needed for your home away from home. Open floor plan, furnished with a mid century modern feel, clean and peaceful living. Two bedrooms upstairs, with a full bathroom located between the two, each with their own vanities. Full size stacked washer and dryer located upstairs. The exterior of the home boasts a grand outside oasis, outside shower and a covered deck. Gas grill and green space, enjoy BBQ while hanging out in the cool shade. Shed outside also for extra storage. Home is located central to everything, downtown Panama City, hospitals, and lots of restaurants.
