  • Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse, with all the amenities of home. Located in a well maintained gated community with access to the beach, tennis court, Club House and 2 pools. One of the community pools and tennis courts are in a very short walk from the property. Now pet friendly this unit will allow one pet, under 50 lbs.  

    Floor plan: 1st level- living room, 2 Q pullout sofas, balcony with ground level access, dining room, and kitchen, washer/dryer. 2nd level- Bedroom 1-master bedroom with king bed, TV and master bath; and Bedroom 2-daybed and trundle, TV/DVD and full bath.

    **Pet Friendly, max quantity, type, and additional fees do apply**

    *This neighborhood does not allow boats or trailers overnight or in the driveway. Please plan accordingly.*

    *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
