VERY CLOSE TO ONE OF THE MOST PRIVATE BEACHES IN THE AREA. This is a very large 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an extra loft for sleeping and 2 separate living areas. The living room, dining room, kitchen and both bedrooms are on the first level with a large loft living and sleeping area upstairs. There is a screened in porch and 2 sun decks. Beautiful water views from every room of the house. The home is decorated in a coastal light house theme and is quite charming.

The location was close to the beach and very secluded and private which I like. The appliances were outdated, but I don’t judge a rental on appliances. They all worked just fine. Very spacious and the loft area is great with families. I didn’t use it but I would definitely stay there again

Very outdated place

Great location, beautiful ,quiet, very clean beach. We loved location. Needs improvement - old outdated appliances, TV, washer and dryer, stove , refrigerator and furniture. Our biggest disappointment - very uncomfortable bed and pillows . We was not able to rest in this place , because of this problem. Nice - updated- porch .

Very enjoyable, kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to beach. Nice neighbors. Did not care for the ordering chairs process. They were old and not comfortable, did not appreciate giving a vendor I did not choose my credit card information. Twenty years coming here and first time had to do this. Was not a fan. The property was outstanding though.

Indian Pass Perfect

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach and room and fun for all. This home had all the things kitchen wise and upstairs loft was full of books and games for this kids. The house smelled so great and was very clean. Parking was great and we had no complaints. Thank you!
