Seated in the midst of the spectacular scenery this cottage overflows with refined luxury, warm accents & rich architectural detail. Using New Orleans for inspiration, noted architect, Eric Watson created ample porch space and used dark elegant trim, rich hardwoods & gas lanterns to create a warm & inviting home splendid with character.
The first level of the home contains three spacious guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All first floor bedrooms are complete with shaded outdoor porches. The 2nd level master suite features a private balcony with a hanging bed for those mandatory afternoon beach naps. The final two bedrooms in the main house are located within the privacy of the third level.
The living room is tastefully appointed & features high ceilings, grayed wood floors, windows on both sides allowing natural light to flood the space & multiple doors leading to a large softly lit porch overlooking a boardwalk & creating the ideal setting for entertaining or relaxing with the family. The large gourmet kitchen opens into the expansive living space and offers a Wolf range, SubZero refrigerator, two Bosch dishwashers and spacious island for dining. The dining room features a custom built banquette and oversized table to accommodate the property's occupants.
Follow the spiral staircase up to the lovely sunset room in the tower. Ultimate relaxation can be found in this tranquil space complete with cocktail bar and panoramic views of the Gulf and the beautiful architecture of Rosemary Beach.
Garage parking for one vehicle. Shared with carriage house.
This property requires a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 7 night minimum during shoulder season.
