"Loved Mrs carol, she spoke with everyone and made sure to help if needed and kept the breakfast area tidy at all times!! Was not aware that when I purchased the kitchenette room I had to provide my own basic cookware and such…. But the microwave and fridge worked fine. We had to ask the housekeeper for new towels (she never seemed to come to our room-321) also more toiletries. Just basically no room service at all (like making the bed or checking for basic amenities to be replenished or anything unless we found her and asked, I did not catch her name). Everyone I spoke with at the front desk were very nice and professional. The pool was nice as well, very well maintained. Overall for the price point and everything for my family of four it was great, other than I booked in march and requested when booked for a ground floor because I had someone with a disability that couldn’t use stairs. It worked because of the elevator, but that thing popped a lot, it was a bit concerning. (We stayed from 6-20 through 6-23)"
