"The room was clean enough. A couple of old stickers and spots on the floor. There was an odd smell in the room when I walked in. Was going to burn an incense like I usually do during my hotel stays. But, it was a non smoking room. Yet, I'm satisfied with my stay, overall. "

"Last minute booking, and they had my information and the check in was very easy. The hotel had lost their internet connection, but it was late and had very little impact on my stay. The hotel was clean, the room well equipped, and the free breakfast was very filling."

"Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. "
