The P.H. Quartier Atlapa building is a residential complex consisting of a single tower with 20 floors, including 5 levels of parking and 16 floors of apartments. There’s a social area with a pool, a hot tub, and a free rooftop gym where you can enjoy wonderful views. The building has two separate lifts and features a 24-hour security booth staffed by two guards. On the ground floor of the building, there is a restaurant offering both dine-in and delivery options.



The area is lively and walkable. It’s located across from the Atlapa Convention Centre and in a strategic location for getting around Panama, as it’s next to the access points to the South and North Corridors, as well as multiple routes to city centre. There are plenty of restaurants to suit every taste, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Services such as dry cleaning, hair salons, courier services, and all the major banks are right nearby. The building features a healthy-food restaurant on the ground floor with interesting options for guests.
