It's a beach lover's paradise at Marshall Cottage in Seacrest Beach! The owner/designer's use of colors inspired by the natural beauty of the surrounding area set the tone for an amazing beach getaway.

Handcrafted Adirondack chairs greet guests as they enter through the front porch to the first floor living room fit for games, taking in a movie or lively conversation. Ease and entertainment continue in the kitchen at Marshall Cottage – expansive granite counters create the perfect space for even a novice chef. Continue just past the kitchen for a modern twist on the traditional farmhouse table.

When it's finally time to settle in for the night, you'll be happy knowing plush king beds await just up the stairs on the second floor. The master suite looks out to the Gulf at the South with a deep garden tub, double vanity and reading area. Step out on the balcony to catch the breeze or enjoy your morning coffee. Across the hall, in the king guest room, guest are equally delighted with an en suite bath.

At the top of Marshall Cottage, kids and adults will enjoy the third floor outdoor living room and outdoor summer kitchen. A third guest room with queen bed and a cheery children's area with full bed and matching twin trundle complete the package.

Enjoy Gulf views from the 3rd floor, the 12,000 square foot Seacrest Beach lagoon pool with its fountains, waterfalls, lap pools and kiddie pools. Walk or beach to the neighboring restaurants and shops located in the village, Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach.

Just okay

Theft in the area is shocking. People will steal from you as soon as you turn your back. So so many inconvenient rules. We were spoken to from the check in office as if we were a nuisance. No smiles and not friendly at all. In fact, that's the customer service we received at the majority of the businesses in that area. Not worth the money. We will never vacation in the Rosemary/Seacrest area again.

Great stay near the beach

Wonderful clean, renovated property a short walk away from bike rentals, restaurants, and the beach. Perfect location for a family vacation.

Wear and Tear

Loved the location, floor plan and amenities. The only real disappointment was that many of the bedding items, cushions, pillows etc were only in pictures not part of the rental. The upstairs patio furniture and area was dirty and furniture and rugs stained.

Family Getaway

Very nice home with open kitchen and family room. The 3rd floor deck with outdoor grill made our family time so enjoyable. Perfect location for access to the beach. Very clean.

Beautiful property but fees too high

Marshall cottage was just as pictured. Very comfortable and great location. The fees almost topped the 4 night rental price. This is ridiculous.

Luxury Home in Seacrest

We had a wonderful vacation at Marshall Cottage. The decor was beautiful and well appointed. It was comfortable in every way. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and dishes which made it accomodate 10 people easily. The home was immaculate on arrival and very nice to have a mid week touch up replacing towels and changing beds. The washer and dryer were very nice also. The beach shuttle was prompt and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. I have been accused of being very picky about accomodations in the past but I easily give Marshall five stars!!

Wonderful house for our spring break!

We loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our spring break. We had 2 adults and 5 teenage kids and we all had space to spread out and also be together. The location was perfect and we loved having the top outdoor kitchen deck to enjoy as well as to get a look at the gulf. My only suggestion is that there be some kind of blinds on the front door as there is a full length glass pane in the door. Would definitely stay here again!
