The facility was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the area was safe. The only downside was the continental breakfast-not that great. Overall, a nice stay.

Front desk women were not friendly at all, almost as if they hated being there. Breakfast was bagged mini waffles and yogurt. My key cards needed reactivated everyday we were there. The room had a musty smell. The people in the room next to us banged on the walls all night. You get what you pay for, and it served just that. I did feel safe and the pool was clean so that's a plus.

The air Conditioner in the room was very loud and cycled very frequently making sleep somewhat difficult. Breakfast was scant. The floor in the room was very sticky to my feet as if they had not rinsed the floor cleaner after cleaning. But everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Since the property was endorsed by Wyndham, I thought I'd give it a try. In addition to the rooms having a horrible musty smell, the floors were sticky. The bathroom fixtures were loose in my room and I did not have a shower curtain. Additionally, internet access was extremely slow. I could not ever choose this hotel for a work location. Breakfast was very limited, but I kind of expected that. The staff was friendly and accommodating though. I don't think I'll ever stay in another microtel.

Weekend stay

Upon checking in the facility looked nice. (With the exception of the drug use in the parking lot.) Check in was easy and lobby looked good. Second floor had a bad odor in the hall but looked clean enough. Once in our room things went bad. Room was not clean at all. Trash and dirt on the floor. Dirty sheets with hair and dirt in the bed. Hair all over the bathroom floor. I went to the desk and asked for another room. Was told she would refund my money due to being booked up. There were no rooms anywhere at this point. I asked for clean sheets and I would clean the room. Desk receptionist said the manager would see the following day and housekeeping would be in also to deep clean. My family and I cleaned the room ourselves. Management nor housekeeping ever showed. Loud drunk teenagers were in the next room screaming all night. Next morning the new desk person told me they were underage to be there and had problems with them all week. But never kicked them out. The facility has a very heavy drug use in and out of the facility. Not a safe place and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

We booked the hotel specifically for the hot tub. No where on the website does it mention hot tubs are room specific, so we lost out on the hot tub. Our room was ok, however, the bathroom was filthy with dried crudy towel hanging over the shower rod from last guest. Thevair conditioner kept cutting off so we were hot all night. The breakfast was even worse. Staff was very friendly & helpful but accommodations very disappointing.

The elevator stopped working and they couldnt get it fixed until next morning. I had to walk 2 flights of stairs with 2 artifical hips. The desk clerks were not the friendliest. The walls are paper thin and I could hear walking and tv from other rooms. However the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

If you only need it for a short stay, maybe.

Overall, the room was 'clean' as long as you didn't walk around the room without shoes. It seems that this room was one of those that needed a bit of TLC! It's as if the room was used to supplement parts for other rooms. The noise level was awful as the floor above had heavy footed occupants. Being two doors from the exit to the pool/smoking area was also an issue as it was a constant opening/closing of the door. It was tolerable as I'm a night owl, but after 10 pm it should be more quiet. My only reason for staying here was for interior doors and close proximity to family. The staff were professional and personable; they did make the other issues seem more tolerable.
