Sandpiper Cottage at Laguna Beach has everything you could dream of in a vacation rental home. Located at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, this home is proof that location means everything. It is located 1 short block from the gorgeous emerald water and white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico. It is also just 3 miles from Pier Park & City Pier* (with unlimited shopping, dining, and entertainment options), 1 mile from the famous Thomas's Donuts, and 5 miles from Rosemary beach. You can experience everything 30A has to offer for a FRACTION of the cost of staying in Rosemary, Watercolor or Seaside. Plus, you can retreat to your quiet oasis after you have had your fill of the crowds. Sandpiper is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private pool. We even provide a 6 person GOLF CART at NO additional charge so you can zip down to the beach in seconds. Laguna Beach is golf cart friendly so you can take it down to Carousel Supermarket, or Thomas's. We provide beach towels, 6 beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and sand toys for the kids (or just those young at heart). Add FREE wifi internet, flat screen TV's in the living room & bedrooms and ample outdoor living space, and you have the perfect vacation experience. The west end of Panama City Beach is known for being quiet and less crowded while still being close to it all. Come see why this are brings people back year after year.


During the periods of March-May and Oct-Dec, you can choose to have the pool heater turned on and set to 85 degrees for a fee of $15/day. The heat pump will keep the pool at this temp during the day as long as average day and night air temps remain at 65 degrees or above. If the average day+night temp is below 65 we will not be able to run the heater.

The home was perfect! This was the first trip to the beach for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson and it was absolutely perfect. The home was as described and accommodated my husband, myself, our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The home was plenty roomy enough. It was so much nicer than being in a condo which is what we typically rent when it is just me & my husband. The golf cart, the pool, the beach chairs and all of the beach toys were such an added bonus. The area of the beach was nice too.All around it was a great trip. We hope to make this a yearly family vacation and will most definitely book this home again!

Great getaway

We were thrilled with our stay- the property suited our needs perfectly! We used the golf cart to get to the beach and then also enjoyed the private pool. So close to everything we wanted to do and places to eat and yet not crazy commercialized and wild. We hope to come again!

Exceptional location for a week at the beach!

This house is exceptional in its location and amenities! The golf cart made it a less than 2 minute trip to the beach. The beach was not crowded and allowed us some quieter mornings by the ocean. The pool was a perfect size, well maintained, and a welcome respite in the afternoon. The main living area was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and evenings we stayed in. Would stay here again and definitely recommend our hosts who were quick to respond and helpful throughout the stay!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week

My family came down to get away for Thanksgiving break. This little house was wonderful. We had everything we needed and more.y kids loved the heated pool and we all loved the golf cart. It was so easy to get to the beach (you can easily walk but the golf cart made it even easier). We loved this place and will be back in the future!

Great Fall Vacation

Erica was an awesome host and really went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We brought our own beach accessories but honestly there is no need for it because she provided all you could imagine. The golf cart was so much fun and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. Also the fam really enjoyed the heated pool during some chilly fall nights. We highly recommend and cant wait to stay again!!

Erica was an incredible host and her rental was perfect for our needs. Our family enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped back yard which had plenty of seating. The golf cart offered plenty of room for rides to The Carousel and Thomas Donuts! The home has plenty of thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home and so comfortable & relaxed. The location is 1 block off of Front Beach Rd and has easy beach access. I highly recommend this home and would 109% return!

Wonderful, Relaxing Vacation

What a wonderful stay!! House was in a great location, easy to walk to the beach (or use the golf cart) and the pool was fabulous! Owner is easy to work with and communicated well. This was a much needed relaxing vacation after moving our youngest son off to college (First Empty Nestor's Trip Lol). Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, full size drip coffee maker, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, beach towels available, beach chairs and umbrella available. We LOVED the pool - that was our favorite part! Easy to walk right out the back door and get into the pool with plenty of lounge chairs and sitting chairs. The grill was a nice touch since my husband grills most evenings. You will love this beautiful rental home and the quiet yet convenient location.
