Quaint Beach Location

The studio is centrally located. Only 10 minute walk to the beach and right next to a heated pool. Perfect for a couple to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Can walk just about anywhere, restaurants, shops etc.

Get away weekend

My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend get away. The studio was perfect for what we were looking for. The location of The Villiage is great. Small shops, a few restaurants, bike rental and great ice cream is within walking distance.

Lovely Seacrest studio!

The perfect home base for our 30A Songwriters’ Festival weekend. The unit had a VERY comfortable king bed and everything needed for a wonderful stay at Seacrest. The owner was very easy-going and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location, perfect for anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to 30A!

Our studio was just as shown, clean and no issues!!!We came a week past peak season and it was great! The weather was amazing ~ hot and humid but no rain. Beach was beautiful… water amazingly warm. Crowded but ok. Location is a plus. There was some wait at some of the restaurants but thats to be expected. A great getaway

Quaint Place in an Excellent Location

We booked the studio for its location and price. The room was as advertised. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator as well as a king size bed. The place was clean. The sitting arrangements were not ideal -you had a small love seat or the bed. There was no place to sit and eat other than on the love seat and only one can fit there at a time. The TV was difficult to use. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

Just What We Needed

This is a great little spot in the middle of 30A. Pool and beach access is a nice feature. Comfy bed, love having a fridge and kitchen basics. AC was cold. Handy on-site laundry facilities. Conveniently located close to a small shopping/restaurant plaza with live music every night which was a really nice way to end the day. If you’re a couple or a single looking for a place to stay on 30A Thisbis a great choice. This was our first visit to this specific area and we personally did not dig the 30A vibe. But if that’s where you’re looking to be this would make a great home base. Only complaint about the room is no fan in the bathroom.

The location is great! You can walk everywhere in about 5-20 minutes. The tram to the beach was convenient but the beach area you’re allowed to go to is very small and packed. I wish the host would provide beach towels since that took up space/weight in suitcase. He told me about it the day before so I was able to pack them. It’s a small room, perfect size for 2 if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in the room. Other reviews said the bed is comfortable but we thought it was very hard. The pool community is great and being able to hang out in Peddler’s village is fun with the live music. We had a good baby moon, just wish a few things were different.

Girls Trip

The location was great and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We walked to Alys Beach area, and even to Donut Hole. There are sidewalks everywhere safe for walking. There were a lot of instructions sent and we got the pool entrance code confused with the vrbo entrance code. To get to the designated beach access, you have to go through a gated private area. Those were our only trip ups but we figured it all out! We did get checked for our wrist bands multiple times at the pool. They said you can leave them sitting on your chair if you choose not to wear them. We started to do that after. LaCo was our favorite nearby spot for happy hour and queso. Beach and Brew on 30A had great frozen drinks. There’s also a small market store next to it. We bought lots of bottled water there. We Ubered from the airport and didn’t use a car the whole time!

We enjoyed our stay!

We rented this unit for a long weekend in July. Overall, we were pleased with the city location - a small convenience store, coffee shop, and multiple food options were within walking distance. Each morning we strolled to Rosemary for Amavida's coffee. But, we were also able to walk to dinner spots where we had reservations - Paradis and Gallion. Another nice thing about the location is that you aren't too far away from neighboring beach towns. One day we hopped over to Seaside for lunch and some shopping, for example. The unit itself was similar to an oversized hotel room with a small kitchenette. We appreciated the plastic glassware and full-sized frig. The coffee maker was a mini and didn't come with grounds, so we never used it. The room was a little musty and humid, but we found lowering the temperature more, helped. There isn't a ceiling fan. The beach is a bit of a hike, on foot. You must wear armbands to get past the security guard. The designated beach area is super crowded, too. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for one day and it cost us over $100 with tip. We opted to drive to Inlet Beach Regional Access to rent on a different day. We were able to spread out a bit more and had less of a walk. Plus, it was a bit cheaper to rent chairs and an umbrella. There's a lifeguard positioned here too. Overall, a nice stay.
