In the quiet courtyard, you'll relax to the rhythmic trickle of the fountain and private pool. Follow the nearby boardwalk to the beach, just a few steps away.

Sitting south of 30A in Rosemary Beach, Sweet Seas Cottage is a large home sleeping 10 people with a private heated pool, elevator, and Gulf views from the balconies. This home is perfect for two families to share with plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining, just steps from the beach.

As you enter Sweet Seas Cottage, you'll find the media/sitting room with a wet bar, mini-fridge, large sectional sofa, upholstered coffee table/ottoman, 52” LCD TV, stereo with CD DVD, games, and puzzles are provided. French doors from this room open out to the private heated pool. The powder room also accesses the outdoor shower, which opens out onto the pool. Perfect for cleanup after a day at the beach. A convenient elevator whisks you up to all floors. Hall laundry closet has a stackable washer/dryer and laundry sink. The bunk bedroom has 2 built-in bunk beds (4 twins), each with its own reading lamp. Additional features include a closet, drawers under the beds for storage, 2 chairs, plus a private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity sink. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed with table with lamp, dresser, 2 closets, and a private bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

The second floor features the living space, kitchen, and dining rooms. Relax on the balcony overlooking Rosemary Avenue, or retreat to the poolside balcony for privacy.
On the third floor is the secondary master bedroom with a king bed, slight gulf views, and a private bath, and an additional guest room with a queen bed and private bath.

Through the courtyard is the carriage house, which features sleeping space for four. Off the dining area are two built-in twin bunks and up the stairs* is an open loft bedroom.

This property requires a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 7 night minimum during shoulder season.
