The elevator was down and I’m disabled with multiple sclerosis. I had to take the stairs which is very difficult and painful for me to do. I had even requested an accessible room on the first floor and was told they were all taken.

The hotel is fairly clean considering how old it is but to have a room right on the beach I would recommend it for a weekend stay.
